I’ve bought clothes and accessories…
I’ve bought clothes and accessories from CIDER more times than I can count! I love their cute styles and different varieties. Although there are a lot of interesting things, I would say the quality isn’t always the best. For example, I bought a belt with studs and the studs fell off frequently. Though one could argue that not everything is poor quality. I’ve bought multiple Jean shorts from cider and the quality is pretty good! They last a long time and look super. Overall it’s a great brand to buy stylish clothes and items for a not too expensive price. Their membership program also provides a point system which allows you to claim rewards! I’d also like to make one last note that the customer service is top notch. All of my problems were solved within minutes!

Missing Sunglasses
I received the case of a pair of a sunglasses I had ordered, but not the glasses themselves. I reached out and though the virtual agent was glitchy, the live customer service agent was kind, quick, and professional. So grateful for the quick help!

My experience with Cider was okay overall. The clothes look stylish, and the prices are reasonable, but the quality was a bit inconsistent. Some items fit well, while others didn't match the size guide. Shipping took longer than I expected, although everything eventually arrived. Customer support was helpful when I had a question, but I think there is still room for improvement in quality control and delivery times.

I’ve ordered several times and the products are consistently good and exactly as described. The customer service is also outstanding. At one point I received a defective item, and the issue was solved within minutes through the chat support. After sending a few photos of the defect, I received an immediate refund without any hassle.
