First key didn't work, however they provided a working key quickly when I reached out. I would have given a 5 star review due to this, but the subsequent harassing for a review has soured my opinion.

Loved the service! First key did not work but customer service was able to provide a substitute in a couple of hours (on a Saturday) that worked perfectly. Great company.

this site sucks... game key takes 3 days to arrive on email. 1day after i contrakt the support of cancellation and refund. now i stuck with the product. so lame... danm gamekey shop no instant delivery... never here again. take my 20 bucks.

bought Office 2019 for mac
they just gave a code , no download link or anything or steps to download
support is very slow responding
contacted Microsoft support and the told me that i cant activate it so now its like a waste of money
waiting for the customer support to refund ..

Code they sent did not work they sent me a new one and it still didnt work I was forced to purchase a code from another place because customer service took so long to respond they do not seem to care about customers

Bought a Windows 11-Pro key from them at an incredibly low price.
There was an issue with the key, but much to my surprise, they responded to my enquiry instantly, and replaced the key with a working one.
Very good support and great value.

Great experience with the customer service. Bought Windows 10 Pro retail key. The first code didn't work, emailed them with screenshot of the error. The response was within 24 hours, they sent another code and it worked. Super!!

The first Windows 11 Pro key did not work. Sent an email to the support team and within 24 hours, I got a valid key. Thanks for an excellent service

The reviews didn't look too bad so I purchased software. I paid the money but was not supplied the software. I reached out to their support. Lots of excuses - it was already sent in an email - check your spam - check other inboxes - it is linked in your account - on and on. I never did get the software so I asked for a refund after 10 days. It has been another 20 days and still no refund. Totally got taken by these guys

The key provided did not work because it had been redeemed previously. Support was of no help and accused me of lying in that I had redeemed it myself (it was a .jp account which had previously redeemed the code).

I would recommend not using this company as looking through their trust pilot history they seem to have had a number of issues with keys not working for and subsequently ignoring customers. I should have read the reviews more carefully, and I hope that this review saves you the time and money of dealing with this company.

They also take a long time to respond, do so very briefly, and very unsatisfactorially.

I took the matter up with my credit card company.
