Sold same cabinet to 2 ppl
I have purchased a large cabinet for my living room. The Unit was aviable for delivery but we have agreed that the delivery will be in 3 weeks. Right before the delivery I was informed that the cabinet is No longer aviable for delivery - due to a mistake. They also tried to sell me a damaged unit without being able to verify the damage with a 700 DKK discount. I have rejected that offer and asked for a refund. I was informed that I will have to wait for my money. It seems like the company has no respect for the customer. I understand that there may be a delay in refunds when a customer returns a product but they kept my money for almost a month, sold my unit to someone else by mistake and they expect me to be ok with waiting for a refund. Not ok as far as I am concerned. I do not think I will consider a purchase from this company ever again.

Regarding the money, we would also like to clarify that we are not holding your money. A refund typically takes 2–5 business days from the moment it has been processed before the amount is visible in your account.

Levering et problem.
Sofaen er fin, men et alt for stift system og dårlig kommunikation ved udlevering.
Vi kom til at at betale for levering to gange. Næsten 500 ekstra.

Jeg er ærgerlig over, at høre, at du ikke er tilfreds med leveringen.
Når en bestilling er klargjort fra lageret sender vi en mail ud med trackinglink 2 dagen inden levering, hvor man kan følge leveringen. Eventuelle ændringer eller tilføjelser til en levering skal ske senest kl. 15 dagen inden levering.
I dette tilfælde kan jeg se, at vi først får besked 19.30 dagen inden og vi kan derfor ikke nå, at imødekomme dit ønske om senere levering.
Du har derfor skulle betale for et genleveringsgebyr på 490 kr. da du ønskede indbæring.
Både vi og fragtfirmaer har mange leveringer dagligt og der er derfor nogle regler vi bliver nødt til at følge.

Great customer service, but delivery delays unfortunately
Great customer service/communication from the Hofstra and Wagner team. Unfortunately deducting 1 star, due to their transport company they nominated. They failed to deliver as planned and impacts the overall purchasing eperience. As I have not received the goods, I am not yet in a position to comment on the product quality itself.

Good service but bad quality
Good service, communication and delivery, but very bad quality for the price. The 7000 DKK sofa I received was worth maybe 3000-4000 DKK. Keep in mind that returns are also 300-600 DKK.

Great customer service!
We are very happy for the sofa we bought and the customer service we received at Hofstra & Wagner. They have been fast to answer all our questions and the delivery of the sofa was also just few days after we bought it. I can only recommend it, we will certianly shop there again.
