Amazing customer service
The customer service is absolutely amazing! They really take care of finding a customer oriented solution quickly to any kind of problem. I had an issue with a sideboard which they offered to replace at their own cost or refund 100€ from the purchase price. They reply quickly and very politely and professional. I can only recommend buying their furniture because even if something would come up in the future, they’re there to make it right!

They do not take responsibility for their deliveries
During the delivery of a heavy table, the delivery person asked for assistance from the customer, although they should have done the full delivery on their own to the side of the street. The table which is more than 180kg heavy fell on the customer, injuring and incapacitating the customer, which resulted with injuries and hospital stay. The team from Delife refused to compensate the damages, offered a 120 eur discount, and no responsibility for the damages.

DO NOT BUY FROM DELIFE!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
Sharing our experience as a warning because we have had the worst customer experience. We ordered a dining table (280 cm, over 200kg) back in February that was on back-order and attempted delivery in April 2025.
Even though we had many disappointments, I will cut to the biggest one - they have a huge problem with their shipping provider. They only offered pallet on street delivery and no option to pay for delivery into the apartment…you are a furniture company and this is incompetent to not offer, but OK…we still wanted the table so we went forward and said we will figure it out. But the delivery company never shows up on the days it says it will. After THREE attempts to schedule this delivery (calling DE Life, calling and confirming with the shipping company),3 days taking off work to be home for the delivery, and THREE times hiring a moving company because again, the table is almost 3 meters and 200 kg. The most DE LIFE offered is 50euro discount or 100euro off our next person.
It appears the expectation here ia that customers sit at home all day waiting for their delivery that may or may not come, and lift a 250kg table to their home or have movers on direct dial to come in 5 minutes..... We are so disappointed that not only did we wait 3 months for this table, spent thousands of dollars, and wasted our time, but that DE life seems to have no solution and says “we have no influence on the delivery by the shipping company.”

When ordering glass or ceramic products, we only offer free delivery to the kerbside.
Our other shipping service provider, which can deliver goods to your home, unfortunately does not ship ceramic or glass products.
In your case, we were therefore only able to offer you free kerbside delivery.
Unfortunately, there were several problems and errors with the shipping company, which is why the first delivery dates could not be met at short notice.
We would like to apologize for this on behalf of the shipping company.
We also hope that the delivery will be carried out by our external shipping service provider as quickly as possible on the agreed date.
Please understand that we unfortunately have no influence on the direct delivery.
Immediately after you reported this, we contacted the shipping company several times, almost daily, and tried to clarify your request as quickly as possible.
As compensation, we first offered you a small discount and then a higher amount.
It is a pity that you did not get back to us for a long time despite several nice phone calls.
Unfortunately, you then decided to cancel the order and we stopped delivery of the goods.
You received the refund within a few days.
We apologize again for the inconvenience.
This case has already been reported to the shipping company and a complaint has been lodged.
We are not used to this procedure from the shipping company, but we will make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

Amazing customer care
I really like the quality and the style of Delife furniture. However the most valuable part of this company is the customer care service! They are easy to reach and they reply and act fast, professionally and politely. I had a problem with one of my dining table chairs that I bought one year ago. They immediately contacted me and investigated the problem to understand the issue. lastly they committed to replace the item at their cost. WHAT ELSE!

The sofa itself is fantastic quality and came very well packaged by a delivery driver who helped me carry all the boxes into my living room. This was not expected but was offered by the driver without hesitation. Tracking information was correct and regularly updated. Delivered a day early. Honestly I’m delighted with the sofa. Awful quality showing signs of wear and tear aft only a few weeks. The response received from DeLife was nothing short of shocking. They said "it's true, the quality of the sofa is not really exceptional or luxurious" The cushions are full of cheap filling and do not fill the cushion covers, threads are already frayed. Even at the reduce price this sofa does not represent good value, even Delife agree.

The shopping experience was great. We had video call and the sales showed the details of the furniture, which saved a plenty of our time and delivery was in time. The most important is the design of the furniture is really really edgy!

Gorgeous furniture, even more incredible Customer Service
I highly, highly recommend buying from this company. Their prices are really reasonable, our sofa still looks incredible almost a decade later, and when it got a small tear in it from so much use, their incredible Customer Service agent Vanessa came straight back to us, visited the warehouse, and confirmed they still had the fabric, asking how much we would need so we could repair, not replace. If you want beautiful, well-made, long-lasting furniture with excellent customer service even years and years after purchase, you can't look any further than this company.

Delife very much redeemed itself.
