I had an issue with a purchase of headlights from Auxbeam on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and Auxbeam quickly sent me a replacement set of headlights and decoders that solve the problem no more flickering no more dimming and the headlights are absolutely extraordinary. Lights up all the back roads in my neighborhood. They have excellent customer service.

They have a great selection and they do a good service for the customer as well. I recommend them all and if you have any issues they will help you.

I recently purchased the F35 series 9005s and although they were easy to install and much better than the original bulbs, I ran into an issue where the fan for heat dissipation on one of the LED bulbs was creating a abnormal loud hum.

After reaching out to customer service (who was very and I mean VERY quick to respond) they walked me through some tips and in the end it turned out to be a defect.

They are now sending me a complementary replacement for the defected LED bulb and I am so happy!

In love with Auxbeam!!! Added some 4” VMax Off Road lights (ditch lights) to the truck. After a couple months one of the DRLs stopped being bright. Sent an email to Auxbeam advising of the issue. Received an email the same day saying sorry and asked me to verify my mailing address so they could send me a new set! Received a new set at my door in 4 days!!! You just can’t beat that type of customer service!!! Great product and even better customer service!! Thank you Auxbeam!

This company has been fantastic to work with. Was very impressed with how quickly things shipped as well as quality of lights. Had one hang up with a defective switch panel, and Dorothy from customer service cleared it up in a day and a whole new switch system is on its way free of charge. This is the way customer service should be. I will be an AUXBEAM customer for years to come!

Ordered the gx Bi-color bulbs for my truck both high and low beams love dual function and brightens of the bulbs after 22months my passenger low beam quit functioning contacted customer service and within a couple emails and with in a week they had replacement bulbs in my mail box! Not my fist product from Auxbeam. I have put headlights in all my vehicles and have also have purchased a 32 and 22 in light bar from them have been pleased with all the products. Customer service was excellent and fast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would definitely recommend!

I needed to upgrade my headlights and Auxbeam was recommended. Navigating their site, ordering, and installation was very easy. There was one minor problem with one of the lights and, after contacting customer service, the issue was fixed within 24 hours; new lights sent. That is amazing customer service. I look forward to purchasing more products for my vehicle from Auxbeam.

I have ordered several items from Auxbeam now, Pods Lights and Wiring Harnesses, and I have found both their products and customer service to be Top Notch. These guys have found a way to get great products to the market at truly great prices, while a couple other brands I won't mention continue to gouge customers for the same or lesser performing products.

Recently, I bought a couple of Wiring harnesses from Auxbeam and had an issue with one of the rocker switches, which could have been entirely my fault. I sent them an email about it and not only got a response back in just hours, then sent me not just the rocker switch but an entirely new harness and rocker no questions asked! They even expedited the shipping and I had it in just a couple of days. That was awesome, and completely unexpected.

For anyone on the fence about buying from Auxbeam, you can 100% trust these guys. They are selling High Quality Products with Great Customer Service, they are just cutting out the Ridiculous Middleman Markup. This is a company that can be trusted.

Had an issue with an LED bulb that stopped working after a short while. Emailed them about it and got a response 12 hours later, they shipped me a replacement the following day. New bulb is in and no issues. Every company is going to have defects and issues, it's most important to me that customer service is responsive and easily able to resolve issues without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Ill keep buying auxbeam stuff because of this.

I had notice that one of my LED low beam headlights was out and was going to order a new set, but after reaching out to Auxbeam Customer Service (since they were only 18 months old) they agreed to send me a new set at no cost since they verified the purchase. Dorothy was the representative who reached out and confirmed my address with no issues whatsoever. This not only show me a company that stands behind its product but also has rapid response time that solves the issue. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Dorothy and Auxbeam! Job well done 👏

Best customer service. Ive always purchased their lights and they've lasted me years. I have not had one that has gone out yet.

I purchased bulbs well over a year or more ago. Had a problem with one last week. I had no copy of invoice or receipt. Reached out and within 12 hours they had a brand new set of bulbs on the way and covered the price of the new bulbs! Won’t buy headlights from anywhere else.
