Customer service is easy to work with. They have helped me on a few occasions with lost packages and returns. The shipping insurance is worth it, i had to use it once. I also had a package that was torn and missing some parts. This was also replaced.

The product i purchased is great and came with everything you need. Customer service was quick to respond to my emails when I thought I had a missing item in my shipment. Ordered the blue oil catch can. It looks amazing, love the quality, and the package included everything needed for smooth seamless installation. They even included some stickers if you into that.
Only con for me was that the mounting bracket is not painted or powdered coated black or even the same color of the catch can.
Other than that I love it and the price was excellent.
