I purchased a set of 9005 LED's for my 2018 Dodge Charger. Also ordered the 'decoder' box which stated it "may be needed" for some Dodge cars. Plugged in the LED's and no flickering so figured I was good to go and not use the decoder box. Well....within 2 hours of use one bulb stopped working. Messaged them and told them of my issue. Some trouble shooting/questions and looks like since I did not use the decoder box caused one bulb to die. Right away they said we will send a new complete set! I told them it looks as though the failure was MY FAULT and I would pay for the new set. They declined my offer and are sending me a new set!!! STAND UP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the third car I have used AUXBEAM products and will again!! Thank You!!

Lights purchased did not fit my truck, but customer service (Dorothy) was fantastic and we were able to resolve the issue in record time!!

12 months ago I purchased 12 4inch pod lights to use as reverse & loading lights on my logging unit and can honestly say I will never buy anything else other than Auxbeam from this day forward outstanding product keep up the good work team

Bought 2 of the VMax 4” side shooter pod lights. Great lights and look great, unfortunately the DRL light on the driver side went out after a month. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement right away.

i had 1 light that was no good i emailed that same day telling them it wouldn't work even with the resistors they come with and they replied within the first 24hours saying they would replace those lights and send me new ones so they did very happy they did. trust auxbeam lights🙏

The product is of quality construction. The harness uses quality parts and heavy duty wires and water tight connectors. The customer service was better than most companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Awesome products and outstanding customer service! I had a pod light/ditch light burn out, and couldn't find a warrenty for them, I let Auxbeam know about the issue, and they said they would sent me a brand new set of lights! I'm extremely pleased with how they handled the situation, I HIGHLY recommend going the route with Auxbeam, if your slightly doubting them, DON'T! Huge thanks to the Auxbeam team.

Replaced my halogen bulbs in my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban today with a set of 9006 LED bulbs. Perfect fit and simple install. What a difference these LED bulbs project. Nice white projection compared to the yellow halogen bulbs. Glad I made the change. Fair pricing and quick shipping.

Ive tried the h4 gx ultra on my WV Transporter, and they work really well. Bright lights, and very good customer service. Just ordered the H9 fog lights to try

I ordered bulbs from Auxbeam, only to find out they weren’t actually in stock. After waiting several weeks with no product, I was eventually refunded — but not the full amount I paid. The lack of stock transparency and the partial refund is disappointing.

Customer service got right back to me and dealt with the issue, timely and professionally. Thanks for the great customer service!

I wanted to switch out my RA60 3x3 panel to the slim panel, I emailed them and they were able to get the new penel shipped out for just the shipping cost. Very friendly, very fast.
I also ordered the 7" lights and now the LED conversion for hi&low beams. Super bright, great quality.
Could not be happier and my Silverado 2500HD looks great.

The customer service was outstanding. One of my bulbs were burned out and I reached out via email. They responded within a day and they got me taken care of. Highly recommend and if you have any issues just reach out they were super professional and kind. Couldn’t ask for more.

Love the lights had an issue with one of the lights reached out to them and after a few days. They responded and was taken care of Quickly. What is awesome is they are replacing both lights. Would recommend them for sure. Thanks again Dorothy
