Staff were wonderful looked after us told what they were doing, made a fuss of blue to put him at ease

Sharon was very helpful and dealt with my issue timely and efficiently.

I’ve not made a claim, so can’t really comment. But so far so good 😊

Excellent, no issues at all , also this is our second dog we have had with Agria. They are very friendly and great to deal with when things go wrong wouldn’t be without. Nice one agria

Insurance choices are not easy to work out..especially when its an 8 week old puppy... who 'may' in years to come do some part time beating on a shoot. It seemed Agria would cover for this. Time will tell on how helpful and suitable the policy is.

She was patience, compassionate, and thoughtful thought the difficult process of a phone call back and forth between myself and the veterinary practice. Beacon Vet Care, in Cornwall, withheld my cat from me for over 12 hours as proof of my insurance policy was not enough for them and they demanded verbal confirmation; Michelle was extremely patient throughout each conversation and made efforts to calm me and was all round just a wonderful, professional, and lovely human to deal with.

Great customer service from a really helpful employee

Feel the service is there when needed without fuss and endless questions. I lost my cat Jay to leukemia and Agria were excellent. I now have little Lily and continued my Insurance for her because of my experience with Jay.

renewal price was a joke.
no claims made by me.
went online and found a much better price with Agria with the same information as the renewal.
why do you rip customers off in this way, you should offer the best deal always and not have customers go round the search engines to easily beat your renewal quote
