Prob been with you about 17/18 years you took good care with our first boxer spud and now with Luna his daughter she has arthritis you have been brilliant paying out towards her medical needs never had a issue I recommend you to my friends and cannot fault you in anyway thanks for being a top dog insurance
Always settle claims promptly, kept up to date, works directly with vets through pawtel
We have had so many problems with our Cavachon involving 5 operations . Animal friends have been absolutely brilliant . Would highly recommend them .
It was good to speak to someone who explained how I could make a claim for my dog. Within a few days I was contacted to say whether I was entitled to a claim which was accepted and received payment into my bank account a few days later. So quite satisfied .
Every claim we have submitted has been done in a timely manner. Also the staff are friendly and compassionate
The service has been good however the price has increased to £75 per month almost double from 2 year ago £40. The response to claim via Vets has been good. It now cost considerably more to insure my dog than my house and contents.

Your staff are very helpful from the start, they guide you through the process. The payment is also very quick. I cannot fault you in any way.

Have insured or dog with Animal Friends for the last 9 years. Have had several claims over the years and no issues getting the money back. It does get more difficult once your pets get over 8 as you have to pay your claim fee and then 20% of the claim so gets very expensive. It doesn't help that vets fees are getting higher and higher.
Very good service pays within a few days, never had any problems with them !
Always professional and helpful and friendly and prompt. Excellent service
Fantastic insurance.
Instant claim payments
Affordable insurance
Vet help available
