Unfortunately there is a two week gap where my dog is not covered. 2or 3 days would be more appropriate.
There is no option to make a one off payment for the year.
Difficult to review after only one day.

As I am a freelance I was concerned about the annual increases in insurance premiums, but I am now so glad that I am with Waggel as you never know what is around the corner. An annual blood test has just in the last few days revealed that our dog has liver cancer and Waggel have immediately stepped in to help with diagnosis and treatment. No fuss, clear communication and correspondence with our vet. We are SO grateful and now understand why annual increases are important to accept even when you feel you are in a position of 'no claims'. Thank you Waggel.

Very user friendly application. Good price and apparently no sudden jump in excess as the dig hits 8yrs.

Not had to make a claim yet and hopefully never need to to buy so easy to set up and premium is great

We are currently paying £33 per month for our 7 year old greyhound for £5000 cover with a £350 excess…12 months later and zero claims and it’s risen to £49 per month! Factor in this is now an 8 year old dog, meaning £350 excess and 20% claimant contribution towards any claim. Same policy still available on confused.com for new customers at £28 per month with a £45 Amazon gift card! Talk about rewarding customer loyalty - goodbye Waggel, don’t let the door hit your bottom on the way out!

I've had to make two claims since we started with Wagged for our dog. It was very easy to do and handled quickly. The app is really good and makes life easier in terms of finding things and tracking claims. Other bonuses too which is good.

Easy to access and simple to buy but cannot obtain or print the documents

It was easy to submit my insurance claim for my cat. I received the money owed to be within a few days which was great.

This company is efficient and quick to deal with claims, they do all the hard work dealing the the vets, just had to fill a few questions and thats it, unfortunately our dear Bailey cat, lost his battle with ill health, and they have just paid the final vet bill, and a card arrived with their condolences, not many would do that.

The service was excellent and it was easy to make a claim for insurance and set up my payments

This is the first time I’ve had to claim for my 5 year old dog who had tumours removed from his eyes. He then took a reaction to the pain medication resulting in out of hours appointment. Contacted Waggle and the whole process was stress free and I can’t thank them enough 🥰

I’ve chosen Waggel…however they don’t take one annual payment which I prefer, just monthly.
Also I cannot get on to their “Biscuit” site which is supposed to help if my dog needs assistance, which is not filling me with optimism…

I genuinely can’t express how wonderful the Waggel Team are. I’ve been with them for about 6 years now and thankfully up until now have never had to claim. So when it finally came to claim for my doggos spinal surgery, it was my first time dealing with the team. They are all so lovely. Easy to get to on the phone or via online chat, super lovely, and they are helpful. Processing my claim was also super easy and the T’s and C’s are kept simple and easy to read.

I think it’s a great company and would highly recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Waggel was easy to navigate and reasonably priced especially for multiple dogs I would recommend to a friend quite easily.

Awful experience was advised by Joii to seek vet advice so did. On the claim mentioned this but no money back from Waggel not even a mention of the fact I was told to see a vet. Do the right thing as we all would with our pets and get punished :( 23/7 edit:- so basically "anything we can do to avoid paying you out we will" thanks for nothing dispute opened expecting to be refused any money back again :( :(
