I had to speak with Agria this morning regarding a current Insurance claim.
I spoke with a lovely lady called Michelle, in customer services, who was very supportive and helpful, she was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.
She even called our Vets, to clarify what was required and that if I wanted would call me back to say that she had spoken with the Vets.
She then emailed me with an update.

Don't change anything as you're very efficient and understanding and helpful.

Very attentive during the sale. After sales is non existent . All that was promised was not delivered.
Difficult to contact for anyone who is unable to use the phone. No email contact available from website. Phone calls appear to be handled by a call centre. Does not feel very personal and does not fill with confidence if we need to contact in the event of a claim.

It was the first time I have had to make a claim and she helped and guided me through the process.
She was extremely patient and made the process so easy.

Michael was fantastic on the phone dealing with my issue of transferring my pets policy to my sole name after seperating from my wife. He dispelled any fears re missing any payment deadline as it was due today and my ex had only just given permission to Agria for the change. Fantastic service and so glad I can continue my policy without any lapse in coverage!

I called to increase the activity level on my policy, Charlotte was extremely helpful and managed my request quickly despite us dealing with a delay on the line. Even better that there was no extra cost to my policy to do this! I’ve had to claim this year and everything was so easy to do.

Agria has been my insurance for my cat since the beginning. I took over the insurance when I adopted Norm, my cat. They've covered everything for him and they provide a fantastic service. They do life time covers that include dentals which is rare to find. I also appreciate their vet discount being a vet.
