1 star is too much but it's the lowest…

1 star is too much but it's the lowest I could do .... what a ruddy shambles they are !!!!!
I won't regale the whole story here - but the final part is - I joined the queue at the Coventry collection hub. Believe me, I wasn't the first one there voicing their displeasure. I was eventually seen - duly handed over my card and then waited a good long while for them to come back and ask what the parcel was? Then went away again and eventually came back and said the parcel wasn't there. I asked why as the card said wait 1 day then collect and I did just that - then came the best line that I have ever heard ' the driver is on holiday today and he has taken the van home' !!!! Can you believe that? My parcel is not high value, but others may be and the van is sat somewhere with people's parcels in and not at the hub to be collected. It beggars belief and just shows how ridiculously shambolic the service is. So my advice is, do not use Parcelforce. :(

Useless !!!!!

I am just trying to get a new TV box.... over an hour on the phone whilst at the same time 'chatting' with TerriBOT.... both of which were pointless. I cannot describe just how angry this has made me... hah customer services what an oxymoron !!!!!

Bennetts' existing services are still available as well, including FAQs, MyAccount, and the online policy enquiry option via webchat.
