For some reason, they dropped the package off at the garage. Why not at the front door like all other delivery services? That is a strange location. Why not ring a doorbell, just in case I'm home? (I work from home so usually I am). Don't get it! Not the end of the world but it took me a while to figure out where they dropped the package!

It's really a hit or miss with these guys. From the last three orders, they LOST two. Of course I never got asked to give feedback on the 2 orders. I got lost (how can you loose traced package?) and the other I received in a 1000 pieces... But yes, this last package made it to me in one piece.

Tijdens het boeken verschijnen beschikbare vluchten. Als je ze dan selecteert krijg je de mededeling dat er iets mis is gelopen. En dat verschillende keren. In verschillende browsers. En dan verdwijnen plots alle interessante vluchten. En na een keer 10 dezelfde search te doen verdwijnen plots 50 opties van een bepaalde luchtvaartmaatschappij. Vreselijk frustrerend. En als je probeert contact op te nemen is Connections steeds gesloten. Erg frustrerend...

Hartelijk dank voor uw eerlijke feedback. Het spijt ons te horen dat uw ervaring met de online reservatie zo frustrerend was. We begrijpen hoe vervelend het moet zijn om herhaaldelijk foutmeldingen te krijgen tijdens het boeken, zeker wanneer vluchten plots verdwijnen of niet meer beschikbaar lijken na meerdere pogingen.
Hoewel ons reservatiesysteem doorgaans vlot werkt en we een hoge tevredenheidsscore zien bij andere gebruikers, nemen we uw melding zeer serieus. Het kan zijn dat er tijdelijk een storing was in de beschikbaarheidssynchronisatie met de luchtvaartmaatschappijen — iets waar we helaas geen volledige controle over hebben, maar waar we wel actief op blijven monitoren.
We vinden het ook jammer te horen dat u ons niet kon bereiken. We bekijken graag intern hoe we onze bereikbaarheid kunnen verbeteren, zeker op momenten dat klanten ondersteuning nodig hebben. Het contactcenter is open van 10h - 18h. Ook op zaterdag.
Onze excuses voor het ongemak en bedankt dat u de moeite nam om dit met ons te delen. Mocht u intussen nog hulp nodig hebben bij het afronden van uw boeking, aarzel dan niet om ons rechtstreeks te contacteren via ons contactformulier of tijdens de openingsuren via telefoon.

The item (small box) was simply put on top of the mailbox (at the side of the street). Normally if items don't fit the mailbox, they are put by the door (which in my case gives plenty of privacy and prevents theft...

Product is awesome, but shopping in the UK from EU is really a pain in the behind. It's normal to pay taxes (VAT), but the postal service slaps a hefty fee on top resulting in almost 50% import. So please avoid postal and go with a shipping company.

Only negative is the zippers. They aren't bad, but there is better zippers that are better wind/water proof.
