Horrible service
Horrible service. Nothing has been delivered but the status says it is delivered. I am at hope for many days and on that day I was at home but no ring was done, no delivery was done. i have several cameras and I can easily prove that they did not even come to my door. It is a lie from PostNL. Very very very bad service. In the past I had many times deliveries from PostNL and never had problem but this time it is really unexpectedly horrible service and lie

Last PostNL delivery - no respect
Last PostNL delivery, the driver just threw our parcel outside his window on the street in front of our house. Didn't care to step out of his vehicle and deliver the parcel properly. He then continued his way via a prohibited road/walking path driving very fast.
Before we only had nice and smiley PostNL drivers taking good care of our parcels.

Very poor service
Very poor service. They never came to my address and now my package is lost. I was home all day and no one came. Then they delivered my package to some obscure address (not in my neighborhood) and I have no way of finding out if it actually arrived. My money is wasted.

Terrible
Address not valid they say. But it is the same address I use all the time. And instead of sending the package to a Post NL point, they send it back to the sender. This is the reason I switched to Amazon. Terrible service

The delivery person not paying attention to what she is delivering
I was not pleased with the person in charge of my orders. She rang our door and walked away, but when I opened it, I discovered right away that the parcel she left behind did not even bear my name and had a different address. So I managed to get her attention to return and give the mistaken delivery, and she brought me my package.
