Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. I placed an order and paid for everything upfront. Only part of the order was delivered; the rest hasn't arrived, and it’s been over 12 days. The managers aren't responding. I’m losing clients and orders because of this.

The packaging was already open and the…
The packaging was already open and the tools were scratched and were placed in a hard case that is not from the models that I've ordered.
So the tools just do not fit in the provided case...
Besides that there was only 1 end tip from the screwdriver included, that it was not fron Makita, and this is why it's falling apart when try to use.
Also the 1 tool had the battery attached and the other not both batteries fully discharged. Both of the tools had their clips attached and in a the manual was also damaged.
Jot sure if these tools were used or not.
I regret about this purchase from this store, unfortunately I can't attach any photos here.
Just sent an email to you Customer Service mailbox by including photos.

Shocking customer service – Ticket ignored twice, still no refund after 6 months.
I am extremely disappointed with Mastertools.nl. I purchased an expensive, high-precision spirit level that arrived defective—the vial bubbles were completely off and a plastic inlay was detached.
After being instructed by customer service to return it, I had to handle the logistics myself via DHL because PostNL would not accept the oversized package. The package was confirmed delivered to Mastertools' return address all the way back in November 2025.
Since then, dealing with their support has been a nightmare:
Radio Silence: They completely cut off communication on an active support ticket twice. I had to send emails in January, March, and May just to get ignored.
Zero Accountability: In January, they admitted they "did not see" my previous emails. After I immediately re-sent all 13 attachments—including spotless documentation, DHL tracking confirmation, photos, and receipts—they went completely silent again.
No Refund: It has been over six months, and I have received absolutely no refund for the faulty tool or the return shipping fees I had to pay out of pocket.
The amount of time and energy I have been forced to waste on this matter is completely unacceptable. My time is valuable. Honestly, if I had simply thrown the broken tool away and spent these hours working instead, I would be multiple times better off financially right now than I will be if I ever actually receive this refund.
I have been incredibly patient, but Ghosting a customer who provided flawless proof of delivery is unacceptable. Avoid this shop if you expect any form of reliable aftersales support.
