Order 2671109 27/07/2026 This Company is the worst customer service company you can do business with. Not only poor customer service but paid for 3 Bins and only received 2. The company insists delivery is 3 when signed delivery truck clearly says 2. Order taken in Germany. Transferred to Spain. Spain to Portugal They immediately were paid with bank transfer for 3 bin. In Summary this company scammed us with a missing piece of 400 euros!!! Do yourself a favor stay away!! Horta Sociedade Vitivinicola.

Absolutely shocking service.
Ordered and paid for 14 storage boxes on the 5th May 2026 order number 2614065. after many emails and chasing only 1 package arrived and that was damaged, final spoke with Susanne ( who was very helpfull ) and apparently DPD had an error and retuned the order to Germany's warehouse also received on email,
you would assume the order would be resent but I then got an email stating I would not be receiving either products or refunds as if it were my fault ?
we have now instructed our solicitor to stat legal proceedings to re-coup our costs.
I would strongly recommend you not to order from this company.

Self-Collection: You are welcome to collect the goods directly from our warehouse.
Arranging Your Own Freight: You may contract a shipping/freight company of your choice to pick up the order.

I appreciate the apology, but the issue was more than simply having to provide information twice. I was unable to get any useful information by phone, then waited a week for an email response, only to be asked for information I had already meticulously provided (their own website data, including part numbers and links).
I also contacted you from the same email address, so I would have expected the original inquiry to be traceable that way as well.
That experience does not give me much confidence in your customer service or in placing a future order.

Waited a week for a reply regarding a product inquiry after having had to send an email because the CSA on the phone could not give ANY information. None. Zilch. So, I sent an email as requested, only to receive an incompetent and frustrating reply, filled with questions about information I had already provided.
I will recommend to everyone to avoid this company. The customer service is a joke - a bad start to any professional relationship.
