I bought a chair snd sofa for my daughter who immediately wanted to upgrade the filling . I had to ring and put them on the order so they could pay and more obstacles were put in their way one after the other until the time ran out to change it . They only wanted to pay the extra for a foam filling

I am very sorry you had issues when wanting to add onto your order.
The process for amendments are quick and easy, the online contact form located on our website has a step by step process to complete in order to add any extra's to your order. As per the documents you have 7 days to amend the order. However in regards to foam filling you can order this separately and our aftercare department can provide you with a quote however they may arrive at a different time to your furniture.
