"Hotel" booked shouldn't be on loveholiday site
Have wanted to go to Naples for a while but my Italian wife has been reluctant. When she showed me this holiday i booked in haste incase she changed her mind. I then looked at the reviews of the hotel. 1725 out of 1725 hotel's in Naples with some real issues.Some of the reviews and repeat issues are truly worrying. I am aware that i can replace the hotel which isn't actually a hotel but I have booked with love holidays before and mistakenly believed that you wouldn't have a hotel of this standard on your site. But you do. All feels a bit off as charge to change hotel and cost
is quite high. I feel my trust in love holidays has been destroyed. Shame because previous trips with you have been very good - but this may be the last.

Advertising holidays which are not available
You advertised a holiday which I booked paid the deposit then you came back saying room no longer available and offered me one at double the price , you should not advertise these rooms if they are not available, as you are working with computers surely when the last room is booked it can be taken down.

Booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price we will contact you to advise of the price increase.
Where possible we’ll offer alternatives that may be better suited to you. We work on live systems which does mean pricing and availability are both subject to change until a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate this can be disappointing.

Completely awful experience!! I will never use again. Our flight was cancelled and there was no support at all from love holidays, so when we sorted alternative flights and arrived at the airport on time for our original transfer the transfer had been cancelled. Zero assistance or communication regarding our flight cancellation or transfer cancellation. Terrible website and app which is useless in terms of navigating assistance once you are on holiday.
I’ve repeatedly requested refund of the cost of our transfer to the hotel and love holidays had provided a number of excuses. However, my friend received a refund on an almost identical booking, so their excuses make no sense. How can they refuse a refund of a service they did not provide? Avoid using them at all costs - useless!

Poor Customer Care Level
Customer service chat is not working tells you to refresh page but STILL NOT WORKING which shows how poor they are at putting up correct message. Tried the complaints form which has a lovely drop down menu but that is a JOKE because if your complaint is not about anything on the drop down menu you CAN'T SUBMIT A COMPLAINT so in summart they have a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL.
DATA PROTECTION is a JOKE like the CS is here. They ask for your REF number when you have put it in the REVIEW but they don't look beyond their noses and try to claim Data Protection which if you look it up the REF NUMBER TWICE means they have lost the information or CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO USE IT. I will edit this review once they have come back to me with a load of Mooooooh Poooooh
