Impossible, the Robotic Mower is the worst bit of kit I have bought in a long time. When working it’s marvellous but more often than not it doesn’t. The "distributor" (the only point of contact is good, but not always available and Kress DONT provide any after sales contact themselves). There is no manual and I found it impossible to resolve issues myself. I have had several enquiries from my golf club, neighbours, people passing by, friends,
and family and I have sent them all to other brands. The fact that Kress do not respond to comments no matter how bad tells its own story.

Very nice people to deal with, very helpful, friendly and professional. And I’m enjoying my JTX Sprint 5.

I have used Bolsover for a number of years dealing with several of their associates and always found them to be excellent. They are all helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Superb company to do business with 10/10

Once you learn how to use the machine its very good BUT learning how to use it is hopeless. The instructions are terrible. Why are De'Longhi so arrogant and oblivious to the fact that someone who has never used an automatic coffee machine before should understand their stupid symbols. I'm pretty sure that they sell 1,000's of automated machines in english speaking countries and so why can't they invest in sensible written instructions that make the experience user friendly instead of their feeble attempt which ends up infuriating customers and ends up making us hate the machine and wishing we'd never bought it.

We are regular customers of ProCook, because they have a great range and all very good quality. If we've ever had a fault with anything it's exchanged without any hesitation. The staff are knowledgeable and always very pleasant. Our only disappoint was when we tried to top up some of our chipped crockery we found out it was discontinued. (but it was probably ten years old)!!!!🤪

I took out a policy in September 2019. I have tried to contact the company on two occasions only to speak to an answerphone. I left all my contact details but have never received a response.

We contacted several plumbers including Christopher Plumbing for estimates to replace the bathroom in our rented property and made the right choice, not only was Christopher Plumbing competitive but the whole experience of dealing with a real professional was a complete revelation. He always answered the telephone, returned messages, provided information by return, turned up when promised and the invoice was transparent with no surprises.

The engineers, Alex and Brian were pleasant and the quality of their work was good. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again.
