From the very beginning, you took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and put together a package that felt completely tailored to us. Every recommendation was spot on, and it was clear that so much care and thought had gone into planning every aspect of our trip.

Everything was incredibly well organised, from the flights and hotels to the transfers. Every connection ran smoothly, and knowing everything had been arranged so carefully meant we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about any of the logistics. It was the first time we've had such a completely hassle-free holiday.

The hotels were fantastic, the itinerary was perfectly balanced, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. It really felt like a bespoke holiday rather than just a standard package, and that made all the difference.

Paige was great, from the first phone call to when i got home . i travelled to Sweden Finland and Norway to see the midnight sun , amongst a lot of other things .
Paige took me through every thing , got the booking and flights, all the paper work ,.made sure i was booked in at Heathrow to go out and did the booking from Oslo to come home .
Paige is an absolute star and a great asset to any company.

The attention from Curtis at DialAFlight was very timely. Even if he was not available, there would be an acknowledgement from someone there in the meantime. It definitely takes some of the stress out of finding flights, as well as having the assurance that someone has your back if a problem should arise. A nice company to deal with.

We were introduced to DialAFlight and in particular, Lauren by friends who had also used her to help with their hols. From the outset she was so helpful and very knowledgeable and guided us enormously with our holiday in the USA. She booked flights and car hire and each step was seamless and so very easy. Having never booked/arranged a holiday aboard on my own before, Ameila took all the stress away and helped arrange a holiday for our family to Australia to visit family.

I've used Dial a Flight 3 times so far and the long haul bookings are most impressive. The savings to St Lucia, where we have been many times, exceeded £1000 vs my previous agent. Not only that they saved me another £1000 by monitoring flight prices and suggesting I move my holiday by one day and take advantage of the lower prices than previously booked. I was initially unsure about booking our flights through a 3rd party rather than directly - but I couldn't have been more wrong.
Our booking was for 10 people, including kids, flying to Florida - and from my initial contact with Lloyd, I couldn’t have been more impressed.
He found us perfect flights and at a price much cheaper than booking directly….and the booking and confirmation process was so simple too.
Hugely impressed and these guys now carry my unreserved recommendation.

Marty at Dial A flight arranged our taylor made tour to Trinidad and Tobago and then to Bermuda via Newark.The flights went smoothly and we had a wonderful family reunion in Bermuda. Trinidad is not quite geared for tourism so finding taxi service is difficult. A local company called Island Experience provides good service to all tourist attraction sites.Thank you Dial A flight for arranging our holidays.

I have used DialAFlight and Greg Mountford for many years and have always had excellent customer service. Haven’t needed their emergency number, but very happy it’s available 24hrs.
Will continue using them in the future.

We've used DialAFlight for over 10 years when booking our flights to Singapore to see our family. The service is excellent and knowing they are available 24/7 incase of an emergency whilst we are away gives us peace us peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We did contact you while on holiday, check your phone logs, we got told there was no one there to help us !!
You are the experts not us.you booked us into a wedding venue !! Like I said you really do need to address your customer support. We feel totally let down.
