I was very pleased with the final results of my bookings. On the whole they listened to what I was saying and endeavoured to find me something I would be happy with. Just one hiccough which did cause me a bit of angst until the misunderstanding was ironed out.

We met with Holly this morning and laid out exactly what we wanted on this occasion. Holly was like a breath of fresh air. A delightful knowledgeable young lady with a smile and attitude which is so rare these days. Within 45 minutes we were sorted and off, with a copy of our itinerary in hand. Please convey to her our very best wishes for her future.

Pete put together a thoughtful cruise package to Norway. His detailed knowledge made this booking a seamless experience. Thank you.

It's never an easy task choosing a holiday, finding the best option, tweaking the finer details and then further tweaking to keep within budget and maximise what we get out of the holiday. So the process involved more thinking and researching than we expected, but Tom guided us well and had the patience to keep adapting and nudging us towards a great value final choice that we are looking forward to very much. I don't know if he considers us 'routine typical customers' or 'tricky customers' who almost escaped the net, but he caught us in the end, and we are glad to be caught. Lou helped us book our dream holiday to Vic Falls and Botswana. She was able to give me specific advice based on her own travels there. When the initial quote came in above budget, she discussed options to bring the costs down whilst still giving us what we needed from the trip. Ultimately we were able to adjust the dates to make a big saving whilst also ensuring the weather conditions would still be suitable. Prompt response from Matthew who listened and understood my main requirements before designing a plan that addressed all my wish list items and added some other events that were in line with my original requirements. An excellent service, with excellent communication throughout.

Dean Allen was absolutely amazing. We went to discuss our dream honeymoon a trip around America and although we didn't book on the day, Dean went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect itinerary. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, offered fantastic advice, and made our dream honeymoon feel like a reality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm were outstanding. We left feeling so excited and confident, and we'll definitely be booking through him. I had a very vague plan of what I wanted to do whilst visiting family in Australia, within a specific timescale. Trailfinders were open to disucss all options available, finding me a trip which fitted my requirements within the timescale given and adjusting travel options accordingly.
Follow up was quick and additionally helpful in answering my questions.
I would recommend contacting them even if you have no idea what it is you actually want, when they will give you time and options you may not have even considered.
