Stumbled across this company via facebook. Such a professional company .
Lovely staff phoned me today an item I ordered was out of stock and did I want to replace it with another item . Easy to use website . Fantastic offers . I have already recommended to friends .

It was our misfortune to be allocated the lady that was supposed to assist us . All of us being on the wrong side of 60 we all could not grasp a word of what she was saying as she was obviously reading from a script and had said it so often she didn’t stop for breath . I had to keep saying STOP . If it wasn’t for the fact my dad aged 85 was getting very agitated I would not have entertained staying with Scottish power . Thankfully it’s only for another year . I hope our encounter was recorded .

Absolutely disgusted in Evri. And yes I’ve always championed them . BUT had they just simply mislaid my parcel from Freemans then ok things happen . But they lied not once but 3 times . There really was no need to lie . I hate being lied to . Really gets my back up so all this has a knock on effect . I won’t be using Evri to send my parcels in future plus when I buy something on line I will be asking who they use for deliveries and if it’s Evri then order cancelled . I might only be a small cog in a massive wheel but small cogs have massive weight

Fantastic delivery and on time

After countless attempts to contact this company via phone Facebook and email after I placed the order I finally got through on day 3 on which I should have received the phone . It had not even left the warehouse . Was assured it would be sent out on next sag delivery . It didn’t arrive . The long Easter weekend arrived and I finally received the phone on the Tuesday .
Won’t be using UR again .
