Easy ordering, great products - they keep the temperature for a very long time, and these bottles are not only environmentally friendly, they are also leak-proof. And I love their colourful designs. Who says sustainable bottles need to be boring?

Most of all, though, I am grateful for their amazing customer service. I made a mistake and ordered a cap that would not have fit the bottle I had in my basket. Instead of simply sending the stuff and letting me find out by myself, they sent an email, telling me that the cap wouldn't fit, and immediately refunded the money. Thank you so much!

I don't like tea bags, and many of the loose teas you can get in supermarkets are not the special tea experience I am trying to create, every day, for my wellbeing. Then I discovered Shibui-Tea. Ordering is easy, they have lovely tea at good prices, super fast delivery, sustainable packaging, send tips and a personal message with the parcel, and it's such a nice team. So not just the tea itself, but the whole experience is superb. Thank you so much, will certainly order again.

I can't even count the number of organic, sustainable deodorants I have tested over the years. None were up to the double burden of menopausal hot flushes and rigorous exercise. I don't expect a deodorant to last more than a day - but one day it should keep me sweet smelling, or, alternatively, non-smelling, without me having to spend every tea break at work with a wash cloth. Yet nothing worked. I was so desperate that I seriously considered going back to the old-fashioned, bad, but at least reliable deodorants, when I started another Web search. I read about Akt, and ordered, without much hope, to be honest. One last try, I thought.

For once, I was pleasantly surprised - Akt achieves in a hot summer what others can't even get done in winter, getting me through the day. The stuff smells heavenly and lasts for ages. The tubes also last for ages, since you need so little to keep you fresh, so the product is not as expensive as you would first think, and it really is worth it. Their little tool to get the last bit out of every tube is very useful, too. All in all, I highly recommend them. I am so glad I have finally found an organic, sustainable deodorant that really does the trick.

Edit: I have to hand it to them - they seem to be customer orientated and react fast, not just here. Now, I can see my usage again in the app, there is some more order in the bills, the upgrade to Beyond is noted. But the 2 year fixed tariff for 854 pounds per month is still there, and I still think this is greed for profit. One more star for the fast reaction, but that's it.

I did not choose OVO, I was 'conscripted' as an SSE customer. My first experience with them is not good, to put it mildly.
- There is chaos with my bills and usage data. They knew for months that the SSE customers were to switch, so why didn't they prepare for a smooth transition?
- I added OVO Beyond, to do my part for the green future. A few days later, I received an email confirming my cancellation of Beyond. I did not cancel it!
- Then I looked up the fixed tariffs they could offer me, and saw one, 2 years fixed, for over £850. PER MONTH!!! That's more than four times what I am paying now! Yes, energy prices are skyrocketing. But do they honestly want to persuade me that this is motivated by anything but greed for profit?

The way things are going, with the situation in the NHS becoming more dire all the time and the government doing nothing to help the NHS and its patients, I don't see a way around private health insurance. I was sick to death of feeling as if I had made them an indecent offer when I wanted something from my GP. Who, BTW, still operates with closed doors and mainly online only, even though everyone else had to get back to normal meanwhile.

Since I did not want to research everything myself, I used the Right to Health service. They reacted immediately and gave me very good advice. In the end, my private health insurance was even a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Now I am a lot calmer and reassured and know I will be in good hands, should something happen, and I don't have to go down on my knees begging for help either.

Edit: If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. I still have received neither the ordered products nor a refund. And when I tried to get my money back via my bank, they had the audacity to claim they had delivered! Yes - the wrong stuff, half dead plants I did not order, which they told me I could keep. They would have died anyway, had I sent them back.

You always needed to wait a bit for their delivery, but they have good stuff, and I always loved them. But my latest order was a disaster. I got delivered the wrong items. I ordered stuff worth nearly 60 pounds and received 6 nearly dead plants, worth only around 10 pounds. When I complained, it was a while before they got back to me. Then they promised to send out the stuff I ordered immediately (and said I could keep the plants as a gesture of goodwill). But today, more than a week later and nearly a month since I ordered, I am still waiting for my items. Will not order at their shop again.

Laura is such a lovely person and was a great help. I bought a saddle cover for a saddle stool - something it clearly isn't meant for ;-) But it is a perfect fit, and now the stool is so comfy and not too hard anymore. I needed new Bluetooth earphones for exercising and read about this new company in Iceland, two women, athletes themselves, who had developed new sports earphones. I'd rather support small companies and women entrepreneurs than big conglomerates, so I decided to order. Ordering was easy, delivery much faster than I thought, and the earphones are terrific! High quality, good fit, very good sound, easy to operate, and they stay in the ears reliably even with the most active exercise. I am very happy and can only recommend Dottiraudio.

I have to admit, the many negative reviews made me apprehensive, but they offered mats with a guaranteed fit for a good price, so I ordered. The mats came a couple of days later than I thought, according to what I read on the website, but still in time for me selling the car, within less than a week. They were, as promised, a perfect fit, and the support responded within 24 hours, so all good. Thank you!

With the changes the pandemic brought, I did not need a car anymore, so decided to sell. To keep it just to have a car is something I simply couldn't justify, neither economically nor ecologically. I have been a customer for years. They have lovely plants and other stuff and a great service. For this, I was willing to overlook the odd glitch in their online shop, especially on mobile devices, or their deliveries. But between my last order a few weeks ago and another order I wanted to place now, they raised delivery costs to Aberdeen (most definitely neither Highlands nor Islands) to around 20 pounds. When I asked why, they told me something about higher courier costs. An increase in courier costs by around 300% within a few weeks? Sorry, I don't believe that. And for shops who demand higher P&P for Scotland as a matter of principle, I have but one reaction - I shop elsewhere. As a matter of principle.

It is rather difficult to buy sheepskin online - you can't see it, you can't feel it. But there are few shops around selling them, so you have to use the internet. After a lot of research, I decided to try Ciora because they are in Scotland, to support the local economy. I have not regretted it. Ordering was super easy, the items' descriptions and depictions are informative. Delivery was super fast - I ordered on Sunday, and the items arrived on Tuesday. Both sheepskins are just as described and incredibly soft. I am a very happy customer!
