My orders never arrived
My orders never arrived! Evri messaged me to say they have received the goods but there were delays with the delivery. Evri did not offer an explanation on what the delay was. They never provided any further updates either.
I phoned Sportsshoes customer service with the non-delivery before the August bank holiday 2026. I have not heard back from them.
I am writing this review now hoping they see this and do something about it.
I have bought from this company before and I had no problem.
This time the customer service is very, very poor. If they can’t sort out the problem, then please refund me as soon as possible.

Great prices and even better customer service!
I bought a pair of Scarpa walking shoes in April, and had no idea at all that I would need to contact SportsShoes again regarding customer service. The price was the most competitive, the shoes were fantastic and felt truly solid with brilliant grip, and I was happy. Fast forward to September and, unfortunately, the right hand shoe developed a small tear, just where the foot bends on the inside edge. I emailed SportsShoes and quickly got a response from Ella J in Customer Services. I was asked to provide photos and then I was offered a QR code or label to print and return the shoes for inspection, free of charge. To my joy and surprise, I had a brand new pair of shoes within four days of sending my faulty ones back. I cannot fault the customer service at all, and it is how I rate any company. It's easy to make a sale, but it is the after-service which sets them apart. My experience with Ella J and SportsShoes would mean that I will happily purchase from them again, with confidence that,if anything were to go wrong, it would be resolved quickly and fairly. Thank you Ella J, and SportsShoes!

Quick delivery

Cancellation? Not Once They Have Your Money.
Be careful with them. I bought a wetsuit and realised I had the wrong model so tried to cancel immediatly. No one answered the phone number on their invoice. I contacted them by online form within one hour of the purchase. I was told they cannot cancel the order because "it was being prepared for dispatch". The return is not free - and I will incur the costs.
