The goods I ordered were on sale and delivered very quickly. They were lovely quality and perfect for my garden chairs.

I recently ordered some pyjamas for my granddaughter’s birthday, unfortunately the courier, Evri, lost the parcel. In fairness Evri did contact me and asked me to inform Chelsea Peers, which I did. CP’s were excellent and I received my order the very next morning from DPD.
Emily was extremely helpful throughout and kept me fully informed. I will certainly be shopping with this company again, their customer care has been excellent, thank you. As always with Chelsea Peers, the quality of the pyjamas were excellent. Very trendy and super soft material, very cosy.

This item was required a a birthday gift so on a very tight deadline. My package was delivered first thing this morning and I was delighted by the service from DPD.

I loved the wreath I ordered and the quality was excellent. The price was good and I even got a £5 discount, postage was very speedy and the company are based in Yorkshire. What's not to like, I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately I broke my leg just before the planned concert and was unable to attend. I applied for a refund and got the full amount back in my account within a couple of weeks. It just goes to show that however hard you try, you cannot foresee every eventuality and the cost of protecting the tickets was quite reasonable. so pleased I added the small cost.

Garden Trading is one of the few companies left who produce simple, well made goods that are so pleasing to the eye. The goods are reasonably priced with some great offers and delivery is fast. I love this company and rely on it to be honest, thank you.

I always use Nutrition Geeks as their products are so good and delivery is excellent. Customer care is great too.

HMV always have the goods that I want to buy at a reasonable price. Ordering is easy and delivery is fairly quick. I would rather buy from a trustworthy source and HMV gives me that confidence.

I liked the coat but felt the material didn't have enough wool in it. I had the garment hung up for a couple of days but the deep creases wouldn’t come out. At that price I want you to know the garment is perfect, sadly I decided to return it.
The staff at the shop in Meadowhall were excellent and the process was very easy.

Great products at a decent price, fast delivery and always get exactly what you ordered. I have had quite a few Roka bags and each one has been perfect, so I thought I would try the socks. They are probably the best socks i have ever had, and in a wide range of beautiful colours. They don't slip off your feet and don't leave a tight band around your ankle. A product I would highly recommend.

The bag is gorgeous and I love it. However, when ordering I didn't seem to get the chance to choose the 2 free straps, so missed out. I had to message separately and then pay p&p. I think it would have been a better experience if customer services had messaged me, to explain that I was entitled to 2 free straps, sadly they didn't.

I wanted to order my item online which was fine until the end of the transaction where it said my home address was not available, even though it was on tjhe screen in front of me. T,his meant I had to go into store to order them. Peter was very helpful and put the order through for me with no problems. Unfortunately I now have to wait a whole week for the item to arrive which I feel is too long.

It was easy to get in touch with the company, the appointment was arranged and the repair was done quickly and effectively. Everything went to plan.
