Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered plant pots and they arrived in bits, no surprise as they hadn't been packaged properly. Wouldn't send out a replacement until they had collected it and expected someone to wait in all day for collection. Second set arrived even more damaged and they wouldn't refund us until we had waited in all day for another collection. We don't work from home so it was a complete hassle and waste of time. Took ages to get our refund. Won't order from Dibor again.

The order was originally returned to you by the courier without attempting to deliver. It was resent on 14th July apparently and has still not been delivered.

The delay is due to recurring issues with our courier, DPD, who failed the initial delivery and the subsequent dispatch on 14th July. Because of these complications, we are currently working hard to bypass DPD entirely and have your order dispatched with an alternative courier as a matter of urgency.
Our customer service team will continue to update you directly via email as soon as the new tracking information is generated.
