Easy to compare sofas and purchase the one I wanted. This is just the online buying experience, as I have yet to get the sofa but it looks comfortable and there's a fabulous range of different colours and styles to suit everyone.

Great delivery service
Great delivery service - prompt and on time and so helpful thank you! Our garden bench bought in the sale is now assembled and looking at home in the garden. Roseland is always very reliable and often has things already assembled so we like to buy from them. I guess this Napoli bench might have been in the sale because the assembly isn't that easy! But we managed in the end (but I wouldn't choose a second Napoli!) But will definitely continue to buy from Roseland, thanks.

Quick delivery, poor quality, poor cusomtet service
Had a sofa delivered in good time. After 3 months it broke. The company have arranged for someone else to come to do a repair and I have been waiting 2 months for this now.
Customer services are very unhelpful, dispassionate and not understanding of the inconvenience a broken sofa has on a family.
