Why is there no facility to rate with zero stars? My siblings put together gift vouchers totalling £270 and gave them to me to contribute towards a short break after my cancer treatment. £170 was deposited into an Airbnb account I opened but disappeared without trace, apparently, when I attempted to redeem it. Another £100 gift voucher went into an account I accidentally opened (for Airbnb property owners) but when I tried to get help from an advisor (or “ambassador “ as Airbnb calls them) to retrieve it I was advised to close the account. When I did the £100 gift voucher disappeared. When I asked what had happened to it I was informed that there could be no transfer between accounts and asked for proof that I had been advised to close the account. One individual told me quite sharply that I would never have been told to close it.
So many different “ambassadors” from the Indian subcontinent! Some seemed willing but turned out to be unhelpful and one was snappy and quite unpleasant. Have been given the runaround and it seems that I will not be able to retrieve or use my siblings’ kind gift. Airbnb’s policy seems to be have clients keep a record of all names and conversations, references, etc. but, as an established company, they do not apply those standards to themselves. Not sure how I am going to break it to my brother and sisters. I will never use this company again. So much shoddy treatment and stress. The entire experience has felt like protracted gaslighting scam.

Panties are great fit, style and quality. The bras looked and felt good at first but, after any movement and ten minutes wear, I was bulging out as said bra did not contain its briefly confined flesh for long. Really requires more fabric to cover breasts. Disappointed.

First time using OnBuy. I received confirmation that my order had been delivered but it had not (and at the time of the delivery slot the entire household was at home and active.)
It was difficult to submit a complaint as the list of issues do not cover ‘undelivered despite customer being informed it had been.’ After a few days, I was informed that my order was on its way and, indeed, the entire order was delivered by Evri.
Not sure what happened as I had received no explanation but am very happy with the quality of the foodstuffs finally delivered (or replaced).
I have since responded to OnBuy’s reply to my review and accepted that a genuine mistake by the individual carrier was to blame and am happy that all has been rectified. There was no problem at all with a perfume item I ordered. Delivered in good time and in perfect condition.

WOB is always my first port of call when I am looking for a book. They are so reliable with reasonable prices and a prompt and efficient service.

The clothing here is so gorgeous so I love to buy something when it is Sale time or, on the rare occasion that I am flush, at the regular price. The seeds and bulbs are a regular purchase when I’m not harvesting my own seeds and it’s a great place for gifts and cards. Lovely restaurant for a coffee and catch-up too.

Great deal on purchasing 3 boxes of the dessert chocolates. These make fabulous gifts. Why would I give anything other than my favourite chocolates?!
