Staff at Hatfield Vision Express are very helpful, patience & thorough. Interested in my hobbies that requires particular glasses. I always take in an array of reading matter from knitting pattern, maps, checklist for helicopter flying. Going to the same optician is great for me as my records show what alterations, additions such as sun reaction lenses even in a helicopter, etc., Allowed me to take my time to choose frames & on collection helped to adjust arms of glasses to feel secure when in use. I have always had my milk delivered. Milk & More deliver on time, leave milk, groceries, garden compost in my desired safe place. Early morning delivery suits me. In this heat not left out to go off. Milkman delivers in all weathers, keeping me safe indoors. Great choice of items, groceries to choose from. So pleased some gluten free products now available. Plus other free from items.

I like the vanilla flavoured Isotope Protein powder. It tastes nice, blends with various liquids, pancake mix, porridge. I've not tried anyting else.

Gentleman, sorry I've forgotten his name, was polite, thorough in checking all my furniture for what to me was loss of padding & softer than I wanted. Unfortunately he was not able to do anything because my furniture had not lost the 30% resistance that is Guardsman measure.
He gave me time to chat through everything, gave me workable suggestions. Confirming that I have another 18 months left on the account. And I can call anytime in the future to review the status of my furniture. Visit was on the 19 February 2026

I dislike apps. However, RAC app was easy to use, able to say what my problem was. Quick response acknowledging request to sort my very flat tyre at home out. Ollie arrived within 10 mins, cheerful, helpful, informative & changed my flat for the spare. Checked the flat tyre for reason for flat. Advised me not to do more than 50 miles/hour on the spare, as per manufacturers guidelines & get a new tyre as soon as possible. Which I did the next day. Thank you Ollie
