Shocking service. I've had a leak in my kitchen for nearly a week and home serve can't send any one out. Multiple phone calls and a plumber supposedly booked in for today but cancelled at the last minute, and it's me having to chase them trying to find out what is going on. I just need someone to come out and fix the problem, which is what I thought I was paying for. Not impressed as constant water flowing on to my kitchen floor, but still not deemed an emergency.
Quick response and engineer was courteous, managed to fix my leaking tap issue with ease
home serve can come any time, no mess, no cleaning up,,nice friendly chap, magic…
simple a few clicks and a few things to fill out done sorted
Peace of mind comes to mind.
Value for money, in knowing how many benefits are covered under the contract,.
Well done HomeServe !
One phone call and engineer arrived next day, very helpful resolved my problem so pleased I have cover
From initial call to engineer visit very professional and friendly service
The web site, kept going around in circles, recognised email from previous, but not policy number.
Given up
Had to wait 4days for engineerbecause of some internal misunderstanding
Engineer excellent on time spent considerable time on job now works perfectly
Mother paying nearly £30 a month getting hold of an agent is impossible rang in on the 5th can't get and engineer out for 2days 84 year old in a cold house with no heating or hot water for 2days is unexpecteable will be cancelling that policy
First visit, told he couldn’t do what we needed as the job would be too long at at least 2 hours so would need to come back. Second visit (different person) arrived, immediately said he needed to pop out to get something for 10 minutes and disappeared. Returned over an hour later and left after about 40 minutes after applying a little caulking sealant (not at all difficult or costly). We were left wondering if something that was needed wasn’t done. Not happy with service - and now that the company are hiking up our insurance by a ridiculous increase. Not a good experience.
The assessment of our bathroom leak was unsatisfactory. HomeServe was not able confirm the source of the leak, instead attributed responsibility to us to alleged poor maintenance of the bathtub sealant. This conclusion was made without sufficient inspection. We ended up having another party to deal with it. The findings were not exactly what HomeServe has told us. The job was closed by HomeServe with the leak source still unresolved.
Managed to fit the appointment around me, person that arrived was pleasant polite and friendly, cleaned up after themselves
The booking was easy.
The engineer was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was here about 30 minutes and solved the problem from parts on his van. Great service.
The contact to arainge an urgent appointment was poor. But the engineer was brilliant.
