Most outdoor kit is really expensive but Sport Pursuit can offer great prices and while delivery times may vary, the customer service is always good.

Historically a great experience, but they have now started to use Evri as the courier, in place of Royal Mail.
Subsequently deliveries are now slower or even missing.

Unfortunately, companies seem to like Evri because of their reduced pricing, but fail to acknowledge that their poor choice of courier reflects badly on them, especially given Evri's terrible reputation.

Bought merino underwear costing 25euros for a pair and it wore out after only wearing it about 5 times
After contacting customer support about this, they decided it was normal wear and tear, which is absurd

Excellent customer service. Got a great deal on mammut shoes and had a brief contact with customer service which was very positive!!

Sent me a faulty timberland shoes, i could not tie the laces as the fabric loop was broken..... they went on to grill me like i was a criminal. Had to become a pro photographer because they want every angle of the shoe and box. they make these returns deliberately hard so you end up keeping the crap they sent you... PRIVATESPORTSHOP.COM is just as cheap with less hassle

An easy to navigate website with lots of choice for your chosen activity. Great prices and bargains to be had on some top notch gear. Check your sizes as twice I've bought Isobaa tops and they were too small, I've gone 2 sizes larger this time and fits great. Delivery times do vary depending on item availability. All in all, I am a returning customer.

Bought 2 pieces of clothing, one fitted great, one just looked weird and had to be returned. All delivered promptly, and return was easy and no drama.

Massive discounts. Delivery takes a little longer than other sports stores, but given the huge discounts it's worth the wait. Will definitely be my first port of call for sports clothing and equipment.

The one caveat – and the reason I’m knocking off a star – is that product descriptions aren’t always as accurate as they should be. Customer service can also fall a little short.
