As usual my regular delivery guy (sorry, can't remember his name) was excellent. Always efficient at his job, gives me time to answer the door, he's friendly and chatty and always has a smile on his face. So pleased he does my road, hope he doesn't move. 10 out of 10 👍🏻.

I ordered a Honeysuckle "Gold Flame" from Roots Plants & I couldn't be more delighted with the whole experience, from the ease of ordering to the safe arrival of my plant.
I placed my order last Sunday & the plant was dispatched on Tuesday & arrived the next day in the notified time slot. Extremely well packed, was secure & in a perfectly sized box. No damage at all.
Communication was perfect, order confirmation, dispatch email, tracking etc.
My honeysuckle is now planted out against it's trellis & settling in nicely.
I highly recommend Roots Plants & will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

My parcels were delivered on time & in good condition. The delivery driver, Kulgiet, was excellent. He brought the parcels into my hallway for me as they were too heavy for me. He was very polite & professional.

Confirmed delivery date a few days prior & the evening before delivery I received an email with the 3 hour delivery slot. On the morning I had a phone call to say they were about 45 minutes away & bang on time they were here.
My order was a small folding patio table, it was well packaged with no damage to box or item. The delivery man put the box in my hallway & took a photo & got my signature, he was very polite & professional.
An overall 10/10 experience. Thankyou.

Great experience ordering online from Downtown Stores. Quick & easy to do. Item arrived via DPD, earlier than expected, parcel tracking was really useful & my order was very well packed.
Have yet to assemble & position my new Tom Chambers Elegance bird feeding station in the garden but everything looks ok.

Had a few deliveries by Evri recently & they've all been great. Parcels have arrived undamaged. The man who always delivers is friendly & helpful, always puts anything heavy into hallway for me, doesn't just leave things outside for me to pick up. Also the 2 most recent orders were both delivered a day earlier than expected which was fine by me.
All in all a 10 out of 10 experience.

I had to phone Lakeland to return a faulty heated blanket, the controller had stopped working. Unfortunately the particular one I had was discontinued so couldn't be replaced & the young man I spoke to issued my refund straight away. I ordered a different one as a replacement. There was 30% off the heated blankets & I was pleasantly surprised that as it was then over £50 I got another 20% off! So a £90 blanket for just over £50, I was chuffed to bits!
The replacement blanket arrived after a few days & is working fine, I am very happy.
I was sent a returns label in the post & I packed up the the faulty blanket which was collected as arranged by Evri.
The whole refund, replacement order & returns process was faultless. A very positive experience.

I placed an order on Friday 2nd Dec' & it was delivered by the Evri courier on Sunday 4th - fantastic service. Very well packaged, no damage at all.

I placed 2 separate online orders as I had 2 different offers to use. Both arrived in a few days & the items were well packed & in perfect condition.
A couple of the items are for Christmas. The other items included the E Cloth mop which is great, so easy to use & does a brilliant job & takes apart for ease of storage. The 6 silicone stretch lids, which were a free gift, are so useful.
The second order was for Lakeland's own 2 in 1 Stand Mixer. I haven't used it yet but it arrived safe & sound & is just what I need. It is very good value & even more so with the money off code I used.
I've purchased from Lakeland online, mail order & in store for many years & have never had any problems. Items are top quality & customer assistants & service are excellent.

I ordered several personalised items to give as Christmas presents from Yappy.com. Cards, mugs, bandanas, a calendar & a blanket.
All arrived in about 7 - 10 days, well packed, in perfect condition & the personalisations were as I ordered. All items were of a high quality & the prices very reasonable.
From my experience I will definitely use Yappy.com again & have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I ordered a curved overbed/chair table to use with an armchair as our old one (different design & make) had broken. The ordering process was easy as was paying (i used PayPal). The table arrived within a few days, it was well packed & the delivery driver brought it into the hallway. It was very easy to assemble, a one person job, & adjusting the height & width was easy too. The table itself is very stable & robust & the top is a very good size, plenty of room to "spread yourself out", read the paper, eat meals, writing etc. The locking wheels are a good idea & having gaps in the corners of the raised edges makes it easy to wipe away crumbs etc. I definitely recommend this product & NRS Healthcare's service was excellent.

I needed a new mobile phone mains charger for my LG G2 & found Mobile Fun's website. I ordered an Olixar mains charger & cable. They arrived quickly were well packed & are just what i wanted. Charges my phone quickly. I have no qualms recommending Mobile Fun & i'll use them again if or when needs be.

I've been trying to find a local stockist of Xoriguer gin for ages with no luck. Then i came across The Whisky Exchange's website. I was a bit nervous about ordering a bottle online & having it delivered, being glass & all, in case of breakages, but i needn't have worried. Ordering, payment etc was so easy & with tracking i could follow the parcel. The bottle arrived safe & sound after a few days. I won't hesitate to order from TWE again & would definitely recommend them.
