Ordered 2x M&S vouchers on 29/09/25 after saving up my hard earned rewards.
Only 1 card arrives in the post, still not been resolved or replied to one month later...
Poor service and looks like like i've lost all those points i've worked hard for. Really disappointed

So quick and easy to use, no need to print labels at home. Can look for empty lockers on the app to save you driving around to find a space. Highly recommend and love using. Great service. 5*

I ordered 2x blinds for next day delivery. One turned up the next day, box opened, no fittings. The second one turned up the following day, opened, no fittings and blind dirty. Both returned. Really disappointing service.
