A very heavy box of bird food was put against the outside of my front door. The doorbell was not used. I am elderly and disabled and had a struggle to roll/push it inside. I emailed the birdfood company to tell them that I would not be ordering from them again because of the poor delivery. The driver left without any consideration or thought for obvious signs that I am disabled.

Friendly delivery man - usually the same one - who is always patiently waiting for me to get to the door, unlike Amazon men who just leave it getting wet on the doorstep despite there being a receptacle specially for their deliveries next to the door. So full marks to Evri and thank you! JM

Although it took a while to get through to a real person in the office, she was efficient and truthful about the waiting time to get an engineer. He was very efficient and friendly at finding and rectifying the faulty battery.

Nothing arrived!
Very disappointing because in previous reviews I have stated that the products suit my scalp and skin. However, if delivery is now unreliable I shall have to find a different product, because I do not like wasting my money. Today is 12th December, a fortnight since you had my payment! Not good enough!

I have been using Faith in Nature products for a long time now. They suit my skin and scalp. Delivery is prompt and goods are well packed.

Evri's representative, Sue, is always courteous and helpful. If I am not available she knows my safe place and ensures that the goods are protected from the weather by putting the lid back on my bin. I get regular email messages to inform me of the whereabouts of my purchases. Nothing has gone astray (so far!) Thank you, Sue

Good quality product, doesn't make my skin itch!

I do like Faith in Nature products. They suit my hair and skin. It is nice to have coordinated 'flavours', too, which is why I am pleased to be able to purchase shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the same type. You changed the bottle caps recently, but I preferred the old style as it was easier to open; a small detail which will not deter me from further purchases!

The gentleman was courteous and helpful despite feeling very tired.
