Usually the items I purchase from the happy Puzzle Company are good, fitting the online and/or catalogue description. However, I purchased a jigsaw puzzle of the Times front page for my birthday that was disappointing. One reason was my own fault - I didn't read the description of the front page so I got a whole page of tiny writing (war time sized paper, too) that consisted of Births, Marriages and Deaths, In memoria, personal columns and advertisements. I nearly had to give up because of this, so HPC need to make this absolutely clear to customers. The other fault with this puzzle was the poor quality. The pieces did not 'click together' like some of the better makes so even when placed they fell apart from one another easily. Had anyone from HPC actually tried one of these puzzles themselves? Not up to modern standards for a pricey jigsaw, I'm afraid!

My order arrived in good time. The Gibson jigsaws are of good quality. iI like the way the pieces fit together positively - you know by the feel of the fit if you have correctly placed a piece. The pictures are well painted.

All the items I have bought from you have given my grandchildren and myself lots of fun. Items arrive promptly and well packed.

This item does what it says on the packet although the instructions seemed a bit complicated. I now use it for saving the slides to SD card without trying to use the enhancing features (brightness, colour). I use a photo package to do the adjustments instead. Also, I have some very small film trips from the 1980's which are rather fiddly to keep steady in the film strip attachment. It would be useful to be able to buy a separate attachment to do these. My other problem is that I have some old negatives that are too big for this machine - about 2" square negatives. It would have been useful to know from the descriptiion of the machine that 'negatives' wouldn't include this size. Having said all that, it gives good resolution on most of my 35mm slides.

My husband is absolutely delighted with the Wade Dignity mugs and I have been asked to get him some more. They make him much more secure with drinking, especially hot drinks, and he is glad they are ceramic, not plastic. Thank you.

The bean bag sofa looks good in the summerhouse - bright orange! It took two of us to put in the filling bags but the shape looks good now and the grandchildren love it. It was delivered very swiftly - barely 12 hours from ordering it.
