I unfortunately hit a large deer and sustained quite a bit of damage to my golf. One quick form filled in online resulted in ADWilliams phoning me to arrange the repair. I was able to drop the car off at my convenience, and they carried out an excellent job in very good time. At each stage of the repair, they texted me a ‘progress wheel’ stating the % completion. When it was ready, they delivered the car to my work and drove my courtesy rental away. All round, an excellent job. I highly recommend ADWilliams in Copthorne.

Incredibly clear pricing options making it obvious what your next move in tariff should be are given in regular clear emails. And if you choose a fixed rate and prices suddenly drop, there are no exit fees. Most importantly, for me, is the 100% renewable electricity that octopus guarantee. 0% coal, natural gas, nuclear generated electricity.

Parkair meet and greet at Heathrow are consistently excellent. Prompt pick up and return with very clear instructions. A very pleasant surprise today on picking up my car was the wash/wax and interior vacuum that had been done (with no expectation of payment). On top of that a couple of bottles of water on the front seat. Great value.

I have attended this meeting for years. It is always brilliantly organised with a diverse and extremely knowledgeable roster of speakers. The organisers work very hard to make the week a success and they deserve high praise indeed.
