Mars has been amazing from the start
Mars has been amazing from the start, I have been having difficulties with my surgeons secretarys' lack of communication and Mars has been understanding throughout . She has been professional, friendly and extremely caring and has been chasing them for me and keeping in touch with me throughout, offering as much support as possible at this time, she really is a credit to your company, unfortunately I am still at a point that I cannot get through to anyone. WPA have been fantastic also and have taken all the stress out of getting investigatory tests done and authorising and paying invoices without any issues. Thank you so much WPA.
