I am doing the underfloor heating myself, I found the initial purchase easy, the guys on the end of the phone know their stuff and answer questions quickly, as I have just started I was checking in to make sure at each stage all was good. and get more advice.

the issue was dealt with by a human old fashioned style and issues resolved quickly, non of that AI rubbish . keep this up its the future as peter kay would say.

I have not opened it yet, I bought this early as I knew the budget would be a pile of manure, the parcel arrived within a few days, I have not opened , its only two pieces of pole and a fitting for each end , so hopefully they have managed that. if its not then I will get in touch.

There was a warm welcome, whilst a few staff dealt with me all were polite and helpful. The optician was excellent.

The whole site was clean and tidy, the train was warming up and ready, the carriages were clean and warm, the staff were outstanding , helpful and polite.

I was reluctant using facebook like many, however i emailed and had a response and then purchased with instructions to collect, I was sent an account and a phone call explaining where and when to collect, that all went like clockwork. everyone was professional and polite and the whole experience was great. will definately use again

I was looking at underfloor heating and spoke to Jake at Fastwarm, he was knowledgeable and helpful.
As a DIY fit he told me some of the technical stuff in simple terms. Whilst I have not fitted it yet, it arrived next day well packed . I am not expecting any issues and know help is at the end of a phone call.

I saw a 20% discount so went through the form to the point of purchase and it did not show.
I closed the window and started again. I was still unable to get the 20% discount and thought if I buy it, it will come up last before purchase.
NO it did not. Not only did I buy the second one but also the original I had closed the window on was also purchased. clearly a virgin software issue.
On a Sunday night having now paid twice and short of nearly £350 I had to ring my credit card company. You cannot get hold of Virgin you have to send emails or whats app.
Monday I did get a whats app from Leeann, and in fairness without a personal chat the matter has been sorted. would it put me off using Virgin again rather than the other similar sites that have a phone number and someone to talk to, yes I would as I am getting on and not really computer savy. Just hope the rest goes with less hassle.

The ladies taking the calls and orders are very knowledgeable, I ordered for a set date, one supplier got it right one didnt,overall that was not a real issue. I found the savings quite substantial from using my local builders yard, ironically my local building supplier delivered it.

I found both the hedge trimmer and strimmer very flimsy, the hedge trimmer has perhaps very strong plastic screw fittings but the pole bends when extended and metal would have been better. the balance seems out, light at the battery end and heavy at tip unlike electric one. struggles to do job when battery not 100%
Would I recommend. mmmm they are OK and do the job but my old petrol ones leave these standing and they were Ryobi

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
handy and very convenient having the store in Lutterworth where there is no other handy DIY shops.

I am constantly being miss sold items, however when you ring back the representatives are very good and resolve, its a shame GoDaddy resort to constant miss selling , it will eventually ruin their name, no doubt coming from the top to push sales

Ordered on line for click and collect. Having been stung by screwfix who stated they had in stock but that was not at the branch and i had to wait 2 days till it arrived. II decided to call and check toolstations policy , very nice woman confirmed it was at branch, purchased online txt arrived to collect, walked in all was ready , brilliant service ,will use toolstation first in future

Having just purchased a landrover td5 to replace my old 300tdi,I was shocked that comparison sites looked at old landys as vans, and the costs were off the scale. Im 60 yrs old with 19yrs ncd i was getting 17yr old kid quotes,I nearly cancelled the purchase, anyway rang Adrian flux and the gent I spoke to said has had this issue with others, he went through the quote understood the vehicle and as 4x4 specialist I was given a reasonable quote, will use again and may even take my other vehicle over when due.

Purchased many books from them , good communications and prompt delivery.

Ordered music book think it was Thursday evening or Friday turned up on Monday morning post, very happy with the service will use again
