Good supplier for heating parts.
I was updating (joing the modern era) by swapping my programmable but dumb controller/thermostat for an electric underfloor heating circuit, to a smart connectable unit. They had what I needed, all the information on their website and I think the unit actually came in cheaper than the original unit.

I ordered an electric UFH and while fitting it I managed to cut the wires. So I called them. It was the best customer service experience I EVER had. It was a master class in how this should be dealt with.
- an AI agent answered
- I asked for a human
- 10 seconds later a human replied
- I explained the situation
- The person said "Would you like a replacement? Shall I send it to the same address?"
- I said yes
- They shipped it for next day delivery
Under 2 minutes the whole situation was resolved, I gave the minimal details. They had all my info from the phone number I called from. wow!
