Great people great service
I saw them at the nec trade show. The display was fantastic and very informative. I then used the online quote function to see what it would cost and was really easy. I then got and email from Alfie with the quote. A few days later Alfie made contact to check if I needed anything more. I then called in a few days later and worked through the area m² with Alfie who then adjusted the quote and items required to lay the floor. He was ace and listen to what I was looking for. I then let Alfie know I need the delicery in 2 days time latest and he said it would be with me next day. This is great customer service and Alfie is a credit to fastwarm. Great people great service.

Really easy to install
Really easy to install. There were some delivery issues due to the way the pallet was stacked, but customer service resolved everything quickly and sent replacement parts without any hassle.

Had a issue with the local delivery company not delivering , contacted fastwarm , their customer service (Emma) , got on to it straight away and resent by a different courier to my site by 10am the next day , really impressed with the service . Also product is good too . Thanks again
