My parcel is coming in separate deliveries, first one I get email saying coming between 7.10-9.10 has he is knocking on door so no warning, second parcel they tried but can't gain access, (mainly can't be bothered) went on live chat twice who said it would be with me Saturday, arranged house cover while I went to work, still no delivery.

When you ask for them not to send payment to something you believe not to be right as it was for something I hadn't bought or asked for, but then find you let the payment go. That annoys me.

I bought this Quadrant shape as it was a good price and looked good. Bought in January sale but couldn't do it until Easter, the base legs were the wrong thread had no time to exchange so put on upside down and cut stop thread off and used wood too give us height. So that wasn't a good start, spent rest of day tiling. Next day set to put surround on, carried first piece into bathroom, then next piece went to take tissue cover off and the loudest 'explosion' happened the glass shattered too pieces. Phoned costumer services, told to take photos and email aftersales. The reply was not what I expected, It states in terms and conditions you had seven days to report a problem, and they didn't have odd pieces I would have to purchase the whole unit again. However I replied again and explained there must have been an airline fracture, I had a phone call Easter Monday saying a replacement would be with me free of charge by Wednesday. They didn't want the good parts back, so if anyone needs odd bits I have almost a full shower surround. It is now up and looks fantastic, nice bit of room to move about, so apart from the hiccups a very good buy.

Checking through old paperwork I found £30 0ff if I spend over £70. So I ordered a floor lamp, I was going to have it delivered to work but the ordering site is so fast, you don't have time to read through like other sites before you press summit, when you get too last page it's already gone through. Then email sent without taking off the voucher. It has arrived today in a terrible state, upside down ripped open box and splits on side. I have taken photo off delivery. I won't open until I get confirmation the code has been accepted.
