Found a book to buy online for £10 as I got this gift card from work. Can't buy it as I need to pay for postage and that will bring it over the limit of the card. I've noticed these don't work on Amazon, so I cannot even load this up to use as part payment on there. Pointless saying it can be used for part payment instore. No where is open. Hello? Lockdown?

These cards are rather useless for online purchases. You have to buy something for the exact amount.

While in a sports shop I tried a massage gun, it was a delight to use for a few minutes, so I went online to do some investigating and I couldn't believe the price of them.
I found Recovapro and was curious as to how this could be so much cheaper than the others. Looking at all the reviews I bought one and was impressed with the speedy delivery. Instant relief in all the areas that I suffer with. Mainly my hip flexors. This product feels well made and does an excellent job.

If you're thinking about getting one, do not hesitate. Well worth the price and very happy with my purchase.

Simple to use and prompt delivery. My only issue was that my pre-order took 48 hours to show in my ordered section. The full amount charged was shown on my credit card, however, my order only showed digital purchases and caused me a bit of confusion. Even the online support couldn't locate it. As I said, it eventually showed up, but anyone else may have tried to order it again as it didn't show up in email confirmation or my account section.

Have been chasing a refund due to the BA.com website crashing when taking a booking. I paid 3 times for a flight in September 2019 and am still struggling to get the money back from them. Awfully slow customer service and every time I phone I have to go through the whole process.

You are refusing to refund me for a damaged item. I clearly used packaging paper to secure my shipment and yet you deny the claim as the pacakging material wasn't compliant. You list packaging paper as one of the accepted forms. You are an awful company.

Allowed an address to be a PO Box address. I sent the package in good faith in September. Since then, the address has needed to be changed, but only Vinted could change it via hermes. The buyer has since cancelled the order and has been refunded.
Meanwhile I'm then told the item will be returned to me. It's now November and they will not refund me for this lost item.

Vinted should ensure address are suitable for the parcel services they provide.

Wonderfully packaged and speedy delivery. This travel pillow is one of the comfiest I've had. While travelling with a friend I was intrigued by the unusual shape of their travel pillow as I've previously only had one with out the ergonomic support. After trying theirs I had to purchase one for myself. It's made travelling that much more pleasant.

I was mis-sold car insurance. On making the initial purchase I was offered Car Insurance for the vehicle. There were notes with the confirmed purchase that all I needed to do was to show the confirmation document to the airport car hire and they would accept it. They did not.
The car hire was outsourced to a 3rd party at the airport and I had to leave a deposit for the car, which, I'm aware is normal. They refused to acknowledge the paperwork for the insurance I had taken out. It was useless. Rhino Car has refused to refund me (I've been emailing them since the first day of the car hire) and I'm currently in a battle to get the money back from my credit card company. The car hire was at the end of 2018. If you're using this company, I'd advise you to stay away from their insurance add ons.

I saw an article on an android mobile website regarding the lovely cases from Lastu. I saw they had cases for the Nokia 9 Pureview, a phone I'd just pre-ordered. So I made the purchase. I received the confirmation email and next day I was notified by email that my item was in the post.
Shipping in the EU said 1-4 days, I gave them a week and nothing. I tried to message back through the confirmation email address, tried their facebook messenger and the last attempt was through the PayPal linked email address. I have not had a reply back from any of them. Since then, my new phone has arrived and I've had to buy a standard case from Amazon. I was really looking forward to having this case, however, I've been left in the dark and am awaiting PayPal's involvement in getting a refund.

I really do hope I can one day edit this and leave a more positive review.

I thought I'd give Made.com another chance to save themselves. I was looking to purchase a bed frame and was looking for compensation for an awful delivery from around this time last year. A refund these days counts as compensation, according to their customer service advisor. Very disappointing. They were not willing to waive the delivery fee for my next big purchase from them. They've just confirmed to me once again that they are not to be used.

A week later I have purchased a new bed frame and been refunded the £25 delivery fee. Happy to now increase my rating for made.com

Have been in to the Westfield London Aesop location several times with my partner who uses their products and the staff have always been very welcoming.
I returned recently alone to purchase a gift. The sales assistant remembered me from our previous visit and could remember exactly what we were looking at. She was a great help and I was able to make a quick purchase there and then.

Don't waste your hard earned money.

I emailed CJS regarding the Office 2016 356 product.
"Were they offering me Office 2016 or 365? How can I add my email address to Outlook and OneDrive if you're providing the email account and password?"

My questions were ignored and I was told to read the product information on the website. Clearly not answering my questions as they do not want to be liable for anything.

If it's too good to be true, as they say, it probably is. I'm not handing over any of my money. You should do the same.

I am thrilled with my new king size mattress. After abysmal customer service with another company, I was on the hunt for a mattress with fast delivery. Otty was right on the ball. Having a live chat feature that actually worked, they were very helpful and explained their delivery times to me. I ordered there and then. Even their delivery partner was very helpful and phoned me with delivery times and again when they were running late. The mattress was easy to open and ready within a few hours. A perfect nights sleep. The 2 pillows included are amazing. I used to have 2/3 pillows under me while sleeping. With these OTTY pillows, I only need the one for a good nights sleep. Looking forward to many more restful nights with Otty! Even my chocolate lab has now favoured my mattress to all the others in the house. It's a shame their Otty dog beds have been discontinued as I would have purchased a large one!

After spending nearly £800 on a new mattress and bed I had an issue with my mattress. I had no explanation from them regarding the delay, which was pushed back twice. I cancelled the order, however they must have no communication between departments because my order was still pushed through to dispatch. A month after ordering I am still waiting for my money back for the mattress as they won't refund until they have the mattress back in their warehouse. This was their mistake as the order was already cancelled on my part. I have since taken it up with my credit card company and made a claim for lack of goods received.

I had been told I would get £55 for my 3GS. It failed it's test due to a key scratch on the back and they had the cheek to reduce it to £16! I wanted it returned but this would cost almost £9, they are based in London so I said I would rather collect it myself and they refused. Reluctantly I accepted the offer and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the money to be put in to my account.

They are an absolute disgrace, lure you in with a high price and then knock you down.

Was renting a ford focus or similar and ended up with a skoda octavia! Very very powerful beast and was perfect for the drive from dublin airport to electric picnic. Will certainly be hiring from here again!
