Awful
Awful. Overcharged for 2 of 6 of the exact same parcels I sent. One at £3 overcharge and the other at £10. All items sent under same carrier and packaged the same. I received an amendment on price from eBay and when I have tried to dispute through packlink it’s the same old story. Can’t contact anyone at packlink as the only way to contact them is to put your email address and ‘packlink reference code’ into their dispute form. I never received a packlink reference code and the carrier code for the amended label comes up with an error message. When I enter the code for the original delivery code it works, but packlink emailed back asking me to log a dispute against the correct code.
I hate these customer service models they are insane. Going to avoid using eBay from now on because of this mess. No resolution to my dispute just got to accept some idiotic calculation.
Dreadful
Literal robbery, their customer service is harder to reach than my dead grandma and about as helpful as her too if you manage it
Crooks and Criminals in bed with…
Crooks and Criminals in bed with couriers. Sold an item on eBay with a parcel weight of 950g got a charge saying I owed extra money which they've taken as audited weight they say was 7180g. WTF....I'm not that far out
Yet Ive got to proove I'm right with pics and images of pre posted parcel .
Do not use Packlink on eBay. Both they and EVRI and committing fraud .
Deceptive practice - Auto-closing tickets to deny valid insurance claim (Ref: UN2026PRO0002061251)
Packlink (Ticket 22424742) is actively auto-closing my support tickets without responding after their carrier lost an entire 17kg shipment. I purchased extra insurance protection. The parcel was lost in transit. Packlink is denying the claim by claiming bulk crafting rhinestones are "fragile glass" and using a damage exclusion clause for a TOTAL LOSS. When I pointed out that under Article 1693 and Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code a carrier cannot use fragility exclusions to excuse losing an entire box, agent Ada began repeatedly marking my ticket as "Resolved" without replying. Selling insurance and then auto-closing tickets to avoid paying out when a package is lost is a deceptive trade practice. Escalate this to a manager immediately.
Horrible service.
Here’s the revised version with that change:
I sold my Secretlab chair on eBay, and because it weighed just under 40 kg, I needed a courier that could handle the weight safely and reliably. I chose UPS through Packlink because they accepted the weight and offered next-day delivery.
When booking, I carefully entered the correct weight. However, after attaching the shipping label and checking the tracking, I noticed the label stated the parcel weighed only 1 kg. I was extremely concerned that either I or the buyer would be charged extra because of this obvious error.
I contacted Packlink customer service, but they took no responsibility for the incorrect label or offer any reassurance. Even the UPS driver said the parcel would be weighed as it moved through the network but couldn’t say whether I would be charged for the discrepancy.
Despite the incorrect label, the parcel was successfully scanned at my local depot and then moved through the UPS network without any issues before being delivered to the buyer the next day.
While I’m relieved everything arrived safely, the experience caused unnecessary stress because of Packlink’s inaccurate shipping label and poor customer service. I will never use Packlink again. I expect a shipping platform to generate accurate labels and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
Ebay use Packlink for shipments to buyers.
My item was sent 16th June and lost by Yodel. Almost a month later and still cant get reimbursed for the lost item (£155).
There online chat is just a bot that sends you round in circles. Multiple sent emails are being ignored.
ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.
Due to this pathetic experience, I have cancelled my Ebay account and will stick with Amazon who's customer services and delivery services have been excellent with me.
Horrendous service!
Horrendous service!
Sell you a delivery service! Evri looses the package and after no movement for 3 week they still haven't settled the xlsim
I spend £5k a year with them and they scrimp on one claim which is their couriers fault
Terri le company. Ebay needs to remove them and use someone else
Nigel
*AVOID* at all costs
*AVOID* sent an item signed football shirt in a frame i sold on ebay with packlink who used evri courier. Used the only parcel size option available. The buyer (not me i had to contact them) received a message to say the item had been damaged and destroyed. I was then charged a additional postal fee (which still hasn’t been refunded even though my original has been) as what was made out to me to be the reason my parcel hadn’t been delivered or that would be how id get the shirt back as i told them the frame wasn’t required so in my opinion its not been destroyed its been taken. To be told a month later after many emails that my parcel was destroyed on the day and the case is now closed so im now out of pocket and no item due to incompetence.
The dispatch instructions are not…
The dispatch instructions are not clear. Even though I had paid extra for notification and express service, (none of which happened) due to incorrect instructions the package failed to show up in time and it was extremely difficult to find anyone to help. All very sad as the package not in time for a special event due to unclear instructions and proper assistance.
Terrible
Terrible. I paid for someone to pick up the parcel, but they did not come, and I had to go to the post office to send it myself. The package then arrived almost 2 weeks late, as they had sold me the wrong delivery service. Almost fraudulent, I would say.
Packlink is absolutely useless.
Packlink is absolutely useless.
Every time something goes wrong, it’s impossible to find anything, challenge anything, or get any kind of support. It’s fine when everything works, but the moment you need to dispute something, you hit a brick wall. I’ve just had a £10 Evri surcharge added through eBay that shouldn’t have happened, and Packlink gives me no way to challenge it. It feels like I just have to accept whatever they decide. I should’ve learned my lesson from past experiences, from now on I’ll be using external couriers instead. Packlink makes it far too hard to resolve even simple issues.
Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists. Use them through ebay and they claim that your package is over the declared weight so that they can automatically charge you through ebay. Don’t know how they are still allowed to operate.
CRIMINALS charge your card without your approval
I made a heavy shipment from Italy to England booked through Packlink using FedEx. FedEx's service was perfect and the parcel was delivered on time, but after a month I received this from Packlink:
Declared: 28 kg / 35 cm × 60 cm × 65 cm
Actual: 40.4 kg / 70 cm × 61 cm × 38 cm
Packlink charged €92.44 directly to my card WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY APPROVAL and before even giving me the chance to file a complaint.
Fortunately, I always make a video showing the package, its weight, and its contents. BUT Packlink doesn't accept videos and rejected the pictures I extracted from the video, claiming they don't meet their standards. They took my money without my approval and refused my evidence!? I call this a SCAM!
Don't give your card information to these criminals.
I blocked my card, filed a police report for unauthorized card usage, and requested a credit card chargeback from my bank.
BTW my package weight were 25 kg , just to be sure I've declared 28 kg. Same for package dimensions, were 2/3 cm less than declared.
Very Easy Site to Use
Very easy to use with clear step by step instructions and prompts if you do not complete a necessary box. Confirmation and label printing are by separate emails.

Scammed by them few years back on…
Scammed by them few years back on ebay and refused use them again. They tried claiming a xs bikini went over the postage size and 1kg weight like 6weeks later and deducted £7 charges from ebay lucky I had no money in as ebay refused to hold them accountable..
I've now years later just used them again and a parcel a American buyer paid £230 for never even tracked as leaving the UPS drop shop. Months in & they conviently payed ebay right back the postage money i deducted from funds, but my balance on ebay is in the minus because thankfully i was able with draw my money.
They have took ages paying it out & since they claimed they sent £180 to my bank ive recieved Nothing. They are lying saying my Bank has told them the money was accepted but I phoned my bank who are saying no such thing. On top of this ive sent them proof through my transactions on account no compensation recueved yet they are repeatedly or delibrately failing to email the proof my bank has said what they claim or even a basic transaction reciept they really sent the Compensation in the first place!!
As far as im concerned Ebay share their name & forced me to use them so they have their funds and thats it.
I knew they couldnt be trusted with the fake overchargers they were scamming on people years ago with.
STAY FAR AWAY. They are not a UK company. Which I pointed out in email they've never even asked me for my IBAN they show as likely needed & they can't get it with out me giving it them which they've never asked for nor been sent
They charge me an amount for a luggage…
They charge me an amount for a luggage witch is normal and then asked me to repay another time the price 3 weeks after it has been delivered because it was above their limitation (which wasn't), asking for a photo of the luggage sealed with the transporter paper, which of course has been thrown away. From a 120e to another 160e,run it's a scam !!!
Packlink lost my ups parcel over 2…
Packlink lost my insured ups parcel over 2 months ago and has still not payed me out. They keep ignoring my emails stay far away from these scammers.
Scam company
Scam, scam, scam. Package (oil tin) did not arrive and they refuse to make a reimbursement.
