I sent 3 packages with Upela in 1 shipment. 2 packages out of 3 came but 3rd one no.
They hide their phone number and do nothing in days of making support tickets. Lost my shipment.

To open a formal investigation with the carrier regarding a missing package or missing tracking information, certain details are required. Unfortunately, we have not received all of the information needed to proceed with the investigation under the best possible conditions.
Nevertheless, we are doing everything we can to submit the request to UPS with the information currently available to us and obtain an update as quickly as possible.

I sent several packages according to site specificationd and after my clients receive my packages, upela asks for more money because they say it depassed the volume according to a stupid calculating formula. Don't understand why they don't use this calculating formula when all of us calculate how much to pay to send something. Do you know what? Marvelous upela is just STEALING our money!!!!! And nobody does nothing about it. Fortunatly i am very well identified, so, if anyone has any doubt, contact me, i'd love to go to court!!!!!!
As requested today, the 11/06/2026, i'm sending a screenshot of the mail sent by "France contencieu" to whom i called imediatly and paid.
I'd love to have some kind of answer, because when i insert and the information considering weight, height, lenght etc, i always add a bit more so that this doesn't happen, that's exactly why i'm saying that upela steals their clients on purpose, otherwise, the calcul formula should be applied before sending packages, and surely not after!
I paid 102€ more, for some initial payment of 20-30€.
It's not fair ...!!!

Upela sending back my package without authorization
I received a damaged package from France.
I have activated Upela's insurance procedure (we bought an optional insurance when ordering the shipment).
The carrier came to pick up the package to inspect it. BUT! Instead of bringing it back to me after the inspection, they sent the package back to France WITHOUT NOTICE OR AUTHORIZATION!
It's a vintage forniture, so I am not able to buy any replacement. I just needed a remboursement from the insurance and the package back, which still contains some unbroken pieces that I need.
NO anwer or notice from Upela, not sure if I will ever get my package back and if I will be able to assemble my vintage furniture. My advice: don't ship with them.
