While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Yoti first accepted my passport picture and then later failed verification, Horrible Experience. Uber uses Yoti and if you fail the verification you cannot ever work for Uber.
Very poor app. Goes into a doom loop between photo page and consent page. Have told support but nothing has been fixed. Very unimpressive.
This has been extremely frustrating. The AI powered face verification system, which is used in Minecraft through the Yoti company that Xbox relies on, is clearly unreliable. It's disappointing that Microsoft chose to use this as a "safety" measure when it doesn't even work properly. I'm very disappointed with this verification process and hope it can be improved, as it's preventing legitimate users like myself from accessing basic features.
**I would select 0-Stars but it wont let me so 1 will have to do**
Took nearly 4 days for ANY of the 3 given options to work when trying to verify myself after being redirected to you by Sony, in order to be able actually talk to my friends online again.
THEN, your terrible ai help bot chat window that gives absolutely no help with any Sony matters whatsoever other than telling me to just 'contact sony', who by the way (shocker) ALSO uses a totally unhelpful ai chat bot do not have a human you can talk to, makes the whole system just mind meltingly frustrating.
support is non-existant, ability to share my ID with my employer fails to work, mobile app takes forever & freezes, laptop alternative fails to work = rubbish: why do UK Home Office endorse this useless AI company?
The app functionality is ok, customer service is hit and miss in performance and quality of reply. Serves a function but could do better at the support side.
All I want is to upload my PlayStation gameplays to my YouTube account but I needed to verify my age. With all 3 options it wouldn’t let me verify from my phone number it said I couldn’t use this number try another one. Tried using my ID but it goes “something went wrong” before I could upload my ID. Then facial verification it goes into an endless loop of estimating my age.
The age estimation craps itself as soon as it sees a fringe or beard, absolutely terrible, finicky, unreliable nonsense getting in the way of a very simple process. Cant wait to see the huge data leak in the news in the next few years as well.

Absolute trash app, terrible software coders shiuld take themselves out back.
In ability to recognise a human face if you have a beard.
Many website use this service I can only assume that they are significantly cheaper and it shows. Can see why Spain fined them nearly a million. Any site using this service should have a long talk with themselves when there are much better options out there like Mitek
This is annoying I just want to play my ps5 with my friends just take my phone number and let me through i have give to you nearly 10 times now
