Does Not Work
Didn't try the passport or national ID method, but face check does not work. Also, I'm trying to verify with my phone number over and over but it doesn't send my any code even after trying to press "resend code." I don't actually remember when was the last time I didn't get a code from a company that requires an email/phone number.
I hope the service gets better.

We want to look into both the face check failure and the missing SMS codes for you straight away. SMS delays are often down to carrier blocking or formatting issues, but we can check our delivery logs to see exactly what is happening.
