Well I’m happy with how quickly they got back to me and how easy and efficient everything was, I loved how I was looked after thoroughly and that I got the help I needed:)

It's good for an easy prescription or cold if you dont want to leave the house for a med cert or prescription. It's TERRIBLE for anything more like blood tests or other testing etc. Do not use them as a real GP for proper advice and care. But good for basic things like a prescription etc. Terrible communication and lots of admin mix ups

I have had a terrible experience with Updoc, there is nobody to contact and nobody to speak to about refunds.

They make you feeling all these questions and then they say they can’t give you a refund, they say they’ll speak to you in 35 days and I’ve had no one contact me, I was charged twice. Two different payments, one was for their membership and one was the one off payment.

I never used the services and I have over $100 that I’m trying to get back from them, when I tried to make a payment I clicked the one off referral and then it also charged me for the contract payment plan that I had to see it took money out of my account because it said that there was an error and didn’t even say that the purchase was made and I didn’t know how to make an appointment for the referral, it’s the most difficult website to use frustrating and unprofessional

It’s easier for me to use the app when feeling sick because i don’t have to wait in line or leave the house.

Very easy to use, I love the same day service and the doctors have always been extremely helpful.

DO NOT USE!! Pure scam. When trying to verify a cert, you can enter the name Santa Clause as long as you have a cert number. So no way to actually verify the cert to see who was actually sick. Waiting for over a week for someone to contact me but no phone number to call.

Very dodgy,
I cancelled and deleted my subscription even though they kept charging me on my card which i had already deleted.
When i raised the issue they gave less interest and said they dont know why my card is getting charged.

This company is at the end of the day a SCAM, they steal money from you. Stating you have subscribed to them without any authorisation, take monthly monies of 50$, out of your account and then refuse to pay back, for a subscription you never asked for and clearly didn’t won’t in the first place. Day light robbery!! Then they have the nerve to ask you to fill in a REFUND FORM, it’s not a REFUND, you THIEVES.

Updoc stole from me, first by not halting my subscription when I cancelled it, and second by double charging me every single month for that same subscription that I didn't want in the first place. When I accidentally stumbled on this in my credit card history and brought it to their attention, they did not immediately try to rectify the situation but instead tried to avoid my demands to repay the money, and weasel out of it all.

Clearly understood my family history and current medication needs. No travel time. No waiting in line. No paperwork

They are fast and efficient.
