The doctor was absolutely terrible. He was arrogant, rude and a total jerk. He needs to check himself. He thinks of himself highly because he’s a doctor. Well mate it’s not that hard to get a doctorate lol.

Be very careful they will charge you but will not give you a script for something new. They will tell you to go to your local GP. Which totally defeats the purpose of this Insta script. Existing scripts would probably be fine.

Absolutely horrendous service. Needed medication I’ve been on because that’s for treatment of a painful infection. Cost me $49 and got a lecture with no medication given to me. So now I’m left untreated and ripped off. Do not go here!

Waste of time and money.
I was not listen to at all..
I was recommended by my local pharmacist to get a script for over the counter medication to make it cheaper... the "doctor" didn't listen and wanted me to have blood work done to check for blood loss ??? What?
Then when I questioned him, he tells me that they aren't a GP service ?? What? The site says GP Consults....what does that mean? It also lists my complain on their site.
The call was cut short...without me being heard.
Then I got the referral for the blood work... and it said I had a swollen throat! Nope.. i do not have a swollen throat!
I complained to the email address provided... they offered me a $49 credit for a second opinion... i declined.
Don't waste your time.

I was wanting a script filled. I explained multiple times that I had the script before but she kept asking if I had it before so first point of not listening.
She asked me for proof of the script because it wasnt on my health record and that it had to be from a doctor.
I found the script and asked how to send to her. Kept talking over me. Asked her again. She said there was an upload button and started talking over me again. I had to interrupt her and say Ive asked 3 times now I need help on how to send it through. And then she said again that it wasnt on my health record and was I sure it was a doctor that prescribed it. I said yes I am looking at the script.
I had to end the phone call because she was so unhelpful & wasnt listening

I paid more per repeat to get 3 repeats than i would have paying for a single repeat. I usually get 6 repeats with a dr consult and i only received 3.

Scammers- lazy doctors and receptionists who send you pathology tests on Medicare for things you don't clinically need and refuse to add things you need without booking another consult with them. Greedy and incompetent staff. As a healthcare professional myself I will not recommend. Robotic AI services rather than real human interaction with professional doctors.

Bait and switch on the pricing. Quoted $19AUD for a single script that is currently being used. Get to checkout and it was $49. Dishonest. Cant recommend a business that operates like that.

Doctor was very cold, abrupt and quite dismissive - I felt as though I was using up valuable time even though I paid $50 for a 2 minute call. Got what I needed, however, the experience wasn’t the best.

Why do I have to speak to a doctor so often when I re order this medication? Also why cant I ever get a repeat?

I already paid for my medical certificate but I can’t download and customer support didn’t help west of money

The doctor was incredibly kind and understanding. She clearly stated the reasons of my sickness and not only gave me an easy to access prescription she also gave me advice on where to get additional remedies that can reduce my symptoms

Amazing service. Quick response, at a time that is convenient for people that work, and no after hours penalty fee!

They cancelled my prescription after i made a complaint about their unprofessional behaviour toward me, which feels a lot like retaliation.

They also make misleading claims when you're booking which I've reported to ACCC - they can charge you more for providing no additional service by misleading you to book as a different type of appointment. The complaints process is impossible, it's like they don't care that people's lives are at risk when they don't fulfill their duties.

I had a very good experience at InstantScripts and had a Doctor appointment on the very same day within two hours. If I were to go to a local GP, I had to wait for three to five days even to get the first consultation appointment. Also, had a shame-free and non-judgmental consultation on the Video call.

Highly recommended and trustworthy service available when you need it.

Horrible, the AI chat bot gives misinformation and doesn't help. I was trying to request a medical certificate for my daughter because apparently it's okay to get one if 'parent or legal guardian requests it for them' then after i buy it it says you cant and you need a telehealth consultation or something. CONFUSING!
