These guys still keep charging my subscription 5 months after I cancelled it following poor services. There is no easy way to cancel out. There is also no easy way to communicate with them and their support group never respond. Stay away from them.

Needed a specialist referral amended. Had the pro subscription extended after an offer for an additional month. Had no response, and still have had no response, in requests to amend the referral. Decided to schedule another GP appointment to get a new referral. Consult put on hold until payment. I cancelled the appointment which resulted in a $20 cancellation fee. My pro subscription has been cancelled with no notification. Multiple attempts to contact updoc support resulting in bot answers. Requested a refund. No response. A pathetic service. Time and money would have been better spent at a local GP.

When struggling to leave the house the convenience of this service was incredibly convenient to use - thank you

My health concerns required immediate professional medical attention, and my regular doctor was unavailable. Updoc is an Australian medical platform, with AHPRA-registered doctors, for people to access urgent & scheduled medical care all over Australia - and at very reasonable prices. Thank you very much to Dr Lorenztino Admojo for all of your professionalism, empathy, and care. This is a vital medical service, established by Australians, for Australians.

Absolute scam.

Paid 70 dollars for a 20 second call and the doctor gave a prescription with no repeat for a medication I take daily. Obviously that's not helpful and clearly done so I have to come back next month. Absolutely horrible customer service after the consultation. SCAM!

Responded immediately to online consultation , tellling me when to expect a call. The consulting Dr was thorough, made me feel heard and believed . Gave me meds to help my problem. Much better than a visit to a late GP who argues with me!

Used available evidence for clear & decisive cert issue. Med centre wanted me back each day for another days cert, presumably to charge more bulk bills.

Updoc is fuss free and very easy to use, but most importantly, your Doctors are lovely and listen, I always feel validated and heard, when your unwell this matters :)

OMG , can not express how great this company/ service is. Waited over an hour at local medical clinic to get a referral . Then referral did not include ankle only foot so imaging could not be done. Called Up doc got referral in 10 mins. Had imaging done, then could not see my GP for 5 days. Logged another Up doc for my results , once again at 9 pm within 10 mins another call from Up Doc , my results . I think this is the future, will be using them again. Leisha Titmarsh

Very efficient and convenient service. All I needed was a repeat script for antibiotics and no GPs at my usual practice were available to do this for me, today. Would have to wait 3-5 days for a script, I was told. Updoc is well worth it, will definately use this service again. 👍

Terrible experience for my friend who I’m helping and she’s still not got her referral even with this message… read by a human! Instead the human has made her prove her identity via stripe. And still , nothing. Shockingly bad. The whole platform is useless we can’t even access her invoice for her consultation. But they sure have taken payment!!! Faceless bot service all round that doesn’t deliver

Attention: Customer Support Team Manager / Operations Director

I am lodging a formal complaint . Your automated system ‘Monica’ is caught in a loop and is failing to deliver a medical referral that your practitioner confirmed via SMS has been generated. Further I have verified my email as requested by your system, and yet still not referral.

This is a complete failure of service under Australian Consumer Law, and withholding vital clinical documentation poses an immediate risk to my continuity of medical care.

Do not reply with an automated message instructing me to check the portal. The portal has a technical rendering error. A human administrator must open my file, locate the PDF referral issued by the Doctor , and manually attach it to this email thread within 24 hours.

If this is not resolved, I will immediately escalate this to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Health Complaints Commissioner.
