Got my certificate quickly and didnt need to speak on the phone or leave my house.

Don’t use. I booked an appointment, waited until the morning. First they gave a time frame between 3.05am to 4.25am. At 6am it was saying it’s taking longer. When you pay they join you into an ongoing subscription. I was charged even when there was no consultation. Please don’t waste your hard earned money.

So convenient and efficient

I talked to an Australian Dr who listened to me, understood that I needed help after hours and provided it, giving me the opportunity to ensure that I do not get worse over a weekend without medical intervention. Very relieved.

I was very happy with the experience. It saved me from making an appointment and going to the doctors. I got my prescription very quickly and l would do it again.

This was such an easy to use platform. My consultation came within the time period given and the doctor listened and asked the questions I would expect them to ask. A great experience!

Speed and convenience

This is almost scam like. Do not use. No communication and anyone can make up an invoice or script.

Updoc take your payment for a consultation upfront. I was then advised via text “ We are unable to fulfil your request as it is not suitable for telehealth. Please see an in-person health practitioner.”
No consult was had yet they will not refund my payment! This is a wrought. How many people do they do this to? This is a scam.

Had a genuine issue with accessing something and discovered the hard way there's no real support offered. Just generic copy-paste emails. Lost my money and didn't get what I paid for. Disappointing.

When you are not well, the last thing you want to do is leave home. Able to get my certificate from my sick bed. Perfect.

SCAM.

I paid 70 dollars specifically for a telehealth appointment, and they didn't call. At all. I got some generic medical certificate when I specifically wrote in the notes to mention the symptoms, and they didn't do ANY OF IT. and their review page doesn't work, you cent contact anyone, they just leave.

I had a wonderful experience and it was so quick and easy with both submitting the forms and communicating with the doctor. I am very happy with the result. Thank you.

The service is horrible! I have paid for two consultations. I still have not Recieved my pathology results. I have spent an hour waiting by my phone. The one time they called I missed it and there was no way to call back. I’m waiting by my phone for another hour. Still nothing… I’ve been waiting for the pathology results for a month now. This is the worst customer service/ medical practitioner experience I have ever had. I don’t recommend it at all. See your GP it’s way cheaper, more convenient and surprisingly quicker considering I’ve been waiting for a month now. I’ve honestly just wasted my money with this organisation and there isn’t even a contact for me to request a refund.

They charge you and they do explain that if you see the doctor and don't get the outcome you are after, they cannot refund you. Which makes sense if the doctor took their time to have a chat and then let me know they can't help through a telehealth consult.

I filled out a form regarding what I was needing to see the doctor for after they took my payment. The doctor just cancelled without ever talking to me and explaining why. Now they refuse to refund me when they did nothing and it all was cancelled within 15 minutes. At least refund people who were not seen. This doctor did not spend any time on me. They received a prefilled questionnaire and then press reject or whatever their process is.

If you will charge me for a consult then give me a consult so I can ask the doctor why am I not suitable to be seen or what I can do. This was so disappointing especially when I was reaching out to get a prescription I already have and I needed a refill due to a debilitating migraine that had started that morning. I couldn't see any doctor around me on the day and I was desperate.

Other than medical certificate I wouldn't trust to ever talk to a doctor on this service.

Scam site takes money then immediately cancels appointments and refuses refund. The bots on other end too thick to grasp this concept

Updoc has been taking funds out of my account even when I have cancelled the subscription and have got confirmation message. When tried to raise support request online does not work at all. And they do not have any direct contact number to raise our concerns. While logging into my account I do not have any bank/card details saved there, still it’s been charging me subscription fee for last 3 months. I have emailed the updoc customer support and they have not been helpful at all.
