Terrible Customer Service

I've been a TickPick customer for years, but the one time I had an issue, their customer service completely failed me. After purchasing tickets, I received a transfer link, but when I clicked it, the tickets had already been accepted, but not into my Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster Customer Service confirmed in writing that the tickets were never transferred to me, but TickPick still refused to provide replacement tickets or a refund. I spent hours on the phone and exchanging emails over four days while they repeatedly sent me back and forth with Ticketmaster. As a result, I missed the concert. The day AFTER the event, TickPick finally confirmed the seller had mistakenly sent the tickets to a fraudulent email address and agreed to refund me—but only after days of unnecessary stress and after the concert was over.
Don't rely on TickPick's BuyerTrust Guarantee. In my experience, it wasn't honored when I needed it most. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don't expect TickPick to make it right.

Noah Kahan concert at Fenway Park

I purchased tickets for Field box 22 and received grandstand tickets. I did call immediately and talked to TickPick. They reached out to the seller to validate that there was an error. They stayed in contact with me both on the phone and via email. This was one day before the event and on the day of the event the seller did not supply the tickets that were advertised. So Tick Pick offered a replacement opportunity at no extra charge. Tickets were great. I feel very comfortable buying tickets from TickPick again they stood by their guarantees. They were very responsive and very reliable.

Amazing

I brought BTS tickets for London d-2 back in February after failing to get any in the ticketmaster sales.
I was a little worried that the tickets wouldn’t be real as I had never used this site before.
However; they were delivered two days before the initial deadline stated and I had no issues whatsoever.
A huge thank you to Claudia and Sarah from the support team who helped reassure me on any worries :)
Would definitely recommend! me and my friend had a great time 💜

Great Experience
